Hi,

I am getting this message when i try to login from last few days "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now".

My email id is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 
I'm not being able to access my contacts and emails.


Please provide a quick solution.

MS Account closure

Please could someone help with closing MS account - I had subscribed for trial MS Office, although not using, it is due to expire 3rd September, 2013.  Due to trial subscription I cannot close the MS account.  Please advise.

Code Needed for hotmail/outlook in 6 days?

Hi,

I signed in to my hotmail account today and was told that I would need some kind of security code. The only option it gave me was to have the code sent to a very old email address which I don't believe even exists anymore. 

There is an option to update the security details on the account but it won't update for 30 days!?

Am I going to be locked out of my account in 6 days?

I use my hotmail just for basic emails with friends and don't need or WANT this level of security? I just want to use my email.

I DO have access now but I'm worried I will be locked out soon. Can some admin help me? I can provide ANY details that are required.

Outlook vs. Hotmail – problems

I've had my hotmail address for 15 years. About a month ago, I made an Outlook account that I thought was Outlook Express default email (that pops up when we click on an email address at a website we wish to email). But instead, it overrode my hotmail address. So I found a way to delete it and yet, it is still married to my hotmail account. When I go to Hotmail, it displays the inbox to Outlook. Luckily my hotmail address is in the left column of choices and I have to click on that in order to see my hotmail inbox. Not only am I unable to disattach the Outlook from my Hotmail, but I have also been plagued with Spam since then, and I don't know why.
I really want to get rid of the Outlook completely. Like I said, even though I found a way to delete it, it is still joined with my Hotmail address with it's own inbox. Can anyone help me out?

View details no longer working in Outlook Calendar

When adding a new Calendar event, if I select View Details before saving it, it doesn't get saved. If I save the event and then select View Details, nothing happens. This used to works (a couple of months ago).

My email is working- however when I send emails- it comes up on other's computer as being sent from a Lara M. , which I am not.  How can I change this- when I already changed my password and followed all your instructions online?  My name is Jennifer Malkin.

 

Also- when I log into my Hotmail- it makes me log in twice?
