I can't log into my outlook account as it says "It looks like someone else might be using your account" and i can't verify my email address as its no longer in use. I've filled up the questionnaire too until it reached its limit but i still can't have
access to my account. I can't remember most of the answers to the questions too. I need to check my mails urgently. How can I go about?
I have been blocked out my account due to being hacked, I have now tried filling out the form, to which the last one they never even bothered to respond, I then phoned microsoft customer services twice, first employee I spoke to actually hung up on me...
second was very helpful and got me to set up a microsoft acount and try to get the issue resolved that way, then I got a responce but when I clicked on the link it came up that I am not permitted to view the information on the incident! Then I contacted the
live chat option who told me to post here! I am fed up, frustrated and furious with microsoft at the moment and just want to be able to access my own account and its turning into an absolute joke!

Since 2 days I'm having a problem with emails that are send to hotmail accounts from any email account of my server from different domains.
When I send an email to some hotmail account, the destination account didn't receive the email.
I looked for the email in the Spam folder, but the email isn't there.
The sender didn't receive any email error notification,
The server informs, that the email was sent successfully
For example this is one part of the log of my server

This email didn't arrive to the inbor or spam folder.
I don't know what i must to do to resolve this issue.

must provide microsoft with telephone number otherwise will lock down my hotmail account. this is a federal disaster area in NJ and hot mail is mu communications can you help? many gov agencies have my e-mail account and i am waiting for replies.

Hi, I have been locked out of my account! I have been going through support forms and support "TEAM" for last 3-4 days, but still can't get into my account, as forms coming back saying not providing enough information! I am getting really frustrated now

I have inadvertently deleted some important emails from my Hotmail/Outlook account. Is it possible to have the account restored as per yesterday?
I've been having this problem for several months. I cleared my cache, tried different browsers and tried different computers. Nothing fixes the problem. Once I get the "Access Denied" message, the only thing I can do is reboot my computer. It happens
