where is the “secure” e-form so i can add my question

I have two hotmail accounts - one is for business and the other personal. Both of these accounts are recieving the "enter code as security" for each other. I have has several codes sent to each account 9for the other one) and NONE of them work at all. It now says I have 3 days in which to sort out or my accounts will be blocked. I use this for business and cannot have this happen.
I have contacted Microsoft "live chat" but to NO AVAIL and was directed here. I anm really fed up with this now as I have far more important things to do than chase up hotmail accounts that should be running fine. I notice on the FAQ that customer support says reply on secure e-form.. Where is this?
HELP.. I need this sorting immediately. Thanks.

No permissions for Skydrive folder files for owner and administrator of the PC.

I don't have permissions for the files in the Skydrive folder and its subfolders in my PC, despite being the file owner and an administrator and supposed to have full control.

I have not been able to find this problem mentioned anywhere, It cannot just be me. Help is appreciated.

Upload failed message – can’t delete file

I have a MS PPT file that I created and then saved to my SkyDrive account.  After a couple of edits, I saved it again (same name) and closed out the app.  The upload center now gives me an error message saying "upload failed, please refresh".  No options are working at this point (open to resolve, save a copy, or discard changes).  The file name is that same PPT I was just working on.  I read in another forum to go into the SkyDrive website and delete the file, so I did that but nothing has changed.  I've tried refreshing and the file just sits there in an error state and I can't remove it.  Any other ideas?

How do I get back my hotmail.com e-mails?

Since buying a new PC with Windows 8 my Hotmail account has been taken over by Outlook but all my Hotmail.com e-mails have disappeared.  I can change the account to Hotmail.co.uk but that is not correct.

 

Yesterday when I did something and there were all my e-mails.  However, when I logged on today I have the same problem.  How do I get back my hotmail.com e-mails?

 

All my contacts have a Hotmail.com e-mail for me not co.uk. 

 

This is rather urgent now since I have already missed some important communication.

vpn confuses skydrive sync

I've been getting frustrated about skydrive sync, and I think I might have found the reason.  

the problem is that skydrive on my mac is where I do most of my work.  Then I take my laptop somewhere and try to access my documents only to find that the latest version or new documents I have created are not updated on skydrive. This is not a sync problem to my laptop - the files do not exist on the web.

Looking through the error log files, I see some references to proxy name errors and I wondered about my VPN.  On the mac, I use a VPN some of the time, but i will disconnect and use the VPN service on the laptop.  Anyway, I close skydrive on the mac, and restart it and now the file has synced.  

Is the VPN causing skydrive to get confused for syncing, or is skydrive getting stuck for some other reason?

btw, why force someone to select a 'version' when posting a question?  I use a mix of mac & PC, so what 'version' should I select?

lost email from Inbox

Hello,

 

I have lost all of my emails from my Outlook.com inbox prior to July 1st 2013.  I think my POP setting was set to delete them without me knowing.  I have no idea how this was set this way.  I have now changed it to not delete them.  Is there anyway to recover these hundreds of emails?
