ps microsoft wants to shut down the hotmail account . I cannot provide them with a telephone number which they want to send me a security code . much was lost with the storm sandy here in NJ

i can not get into my account. i tired resetting it, but i can not. i filled out 3 account recovery forms and still can not get it reseted. please help

This problem started last Thursday, August 8 with the 2 step verification process, which is a royal PIA. I never set up this verification process, and have had trouble ever since. Please help!

Greetings. Once hotmail went to the two step security process I can't access my emails on my iPad or iPhone. It works on the Internet but not on my mail apps. I went through the two step process on my iPad via the net. I selected not to do it again on
this device. I restarted my iPad. The app still won't work. I deleted my account and rein put the info. It still doesn't work. It says its unable to verify my account because of a wrong password. I'm thinking because of a security process. Help. Thanks.

When trying to access my son's outlook.com account I get the "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again." error. I tried resetting the password and got the same message. I tried to sign up for it again as I don't think he has used it in a while and it says the name is taken. If the name was taken, when I try to reset the password, whomever signed up for it, should get the reset request.
Can you please help?

How can I link my three hotmail email addresses together? I used to be able to open all three from the first one I opened.
i tried to delete old information and it kept saying error and my information is still not deleted, to be more specific i tried deleting people birthday's from my calender that i don't know and it is still not deleted. I don't understand why please help

I am not able to sign in to my hotmail account, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** , and by luck managed to get into this account. It keeps saying I have to verify information, and is becoming extremely frustrating. I use Hotmail to receive and pay all of our household bills, so we can not be without this service. If it is something that Microsoft is going to do away with, please let me know so we can get important saved messages, photos and accounts set up under another account.
I have tried to set up the 2 step verification with no luck. I have attempted to set this up numerous times to get into my account and now I am afraid I am being blocked from my account.
