<Windows 7>

 For a few months now, all mails from the domain @e.fiverr.com now go to my junk folder. This did not  happen before for this domain. I have re-checked my safe senders list - the domain name @e.fiverr.com is still there. Even so, I have removed it and re-added it. No luck. This domain is not on my blocked senders list, nor is it named in my Rules for sorting messages. Because there are many email addresses on this domain, I do not have them all listed under Contacts, but I understand that this should not be a problem.
I have 2 accounts - I thought I had only one ( as I was hacked back in 2005, and opened a new account - I thought the hacked one had been deleted), but when microsoft asked for the security check in June, I was asked for the password for what I thought was a dead account...my replacement account along with my profile/gamertag has been transferred to the old account, and an old unused profile has been attached to my new account. It seems to me there has been a monumental gitch somewhere in the new security procedure. The support team have been unable to help me - despite trying for 2 months.
A lot of the queries in this forum seem to be about a similar problem. There don't seem to be any answers.
I used to be able to open up games from my emails from AARP, but since upgrading to Windows 8, I cannot no longer do this.  I get a message that "This page cannot be displayed".  When I click on "Fix connection problem", it tells me that there is no connection problem.  I have connected directly to the AARP web site and still cannot open the games on my computer.  What did Windows 8 do to stop me from opening up games and how can we fix this?

Hi since I turned on two step verification I no longer receive emails on my mobile phone?  What do I need to do to make this happen?

Hotmail started saying that I was using the incorrect password.  Since I created my account over 15 years ago, the mobile number is old and the security question, at that time was created to be a reminder for my password, so therefore it doesn't work.  I have been on the online chat and given the validation form to fill out and my reference ID is 1213597554 and told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours which hasn't happened.  I'm getting very anxious because I'm due to fly in a few days and the details are in the email account.  No one is able to provide any information.  I can't talk to anyone.  There isn't even an official platform to lodge a complaint.  I want to know what hotmail is going to do if I miss my flight.  I can't believe that it takes this long to recover an account.  What can I do to expediate this matter!?????

If recovering an account is this complicated, then I don't understand why hotmail doesn't force us to update our information every 6 months when we log on.  Surely after all the people on this forum have been long time users suddenly locked out and not remembering their information from over 10 years ago, I'd think that hotmail would come up with much easier ways to recover accounts and verify owners.

Please help me, my account has definitely been hacked.

I was hacked last Thursday night and spam was sent to many of my contacts (I could see this on my phone). Unfortunately I was just leaving to catch a flight and so didn't have time to change my password. Now my password is no longer valid (as whoever is in there has changed it, I assume).

Neither of the emergency back-up contact email addresses are valid - they could be misspellings of accounts or accounts that I used to have which have been automatically deleted.

I just made this account I'm currently using to try and circumvent this but it wouldn't let it end in hotmail.com as my old backup email did.

I have tried filling in the questionnaire but it keeps coming back as negative, possibly because of all the spam that's being sent from the account and the fact that I can't remember most of the information it asks. Can someone please help? I can get my spammed friends to email you to verify my identity.

It's been almost two weeks now of unsuccessful attempts to access my data.

Thank you.

Please unblock my domain niagaraautoauctions.com. This is a real business and would like to setup email for myself and staff.
