I have received an email on my Android tablet and also on my mobile phone but after 18 hours it has still not come through on my Outlook.com account. Why is this please?

I keep getting emails telling me that "It looks like your account is growing really fast" - I am a very moderate home user. I have also deleted all sent messages and cleared my deleted folder. When I go to my sent folder it looks like my outlook is repeatedly

Hi. I was using outlook2013 in windows 7 and there was no problem with that. Now, I am using Outlook2013 on my windows 8. All of my accounts work, except my university mail account which has POP3 SMTP server. I have enabled "My outgoing server require
authentication" and that "this server require and encrypted authentication(SSL)" and used TLS for encrypted connection, according to the mail server help. But I receive the error of "the mail server responded:553 5.7.1". What should I do?
My email box has been cleared out some of my messages were very important this has lost me business surely this isn't correct that you can come along & delete messages just like that ? What can be done about this ? Does this mean I have to find a new provider
as at the moment I have only got a couple of days to answer the emails before they are deleted - Not by me ?

Sometime this year I lost my credit card and had it replaced. About a month ago I started receiving emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** saying "We are contacting you because we have been unable to charge your credit card for your Windows Live Hotmail Plus service(s). The following credit card is the current payment method on your billing account:
Credit card type: VISA"
As suggested I logged on to https://commerce.microsoft.com and tried to edit the credit card on file but there's no place to change the credit card number.
I then decided to adde a new payment option (Amex) and associate the card with my current subscription (Windows Live Hotmail Plus). I then tried to remove the Visa card but wasn't able to. When I tried to remove it I got prompted that the card is associated with an MSN account and that I would need to contact support to be able to delete it - my MSN account was canceled a few years back.
The support page doesn't give any information as to how to remove the card and there's no phone or email address to send an email to.
Now, I get the same email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** every week and I'l affraid that my account will be suspended and I end up losing my email.
What do I need to do?

I have created a new Sky Drive account and downloaded the SkyDrice App. but they will not synch.
I suspect that thiis is becasue I had previuosly created a Sky Drive account and downloaded the App but I lost the log on credentials so I created a new Sky Drive account.
Before downloading the App for the new a/c I removed the previous downloaded App and deleted the SkyDrive directory on my local PC.
However when I re-downloaded the App for the new a/c the directory sructure it created included the directories from the deleted local SkyDrive and not any of the new directory structure I have created in the on-line Sky Drive.
Do you have any suggestions please
