I didn't elect to have my Outlook syn with my mobile device, but now I can't access my emails because it is saying there is a problem syncronising with my mobile device!! Frustrating

It says it is trying to link my account with a phone that doesn't exist. I need to access my email and open the emails and answer them, attachments, etc. The whole thing is really messed up recently. It said the issue would be resolved by Aug 14, 2013
at 6 PM. It is now 9:29. Please resolve this quickly. Thank you. How are you going to let me know when it is repaired. I don't have the phone it thinks I do!
Says it is fixed but I still cannot get into my account to check emails.
Now it is telling me "You might have issues syncing with your mobile device", but I AM NOT USING A MOBILE DEVICE"!
I never had this problem with hotmail. Perhaps I need to rethink trying to use this email account & switch to gmail or yahoo!
But I'm not accessing via mobile device....
My computer just did a Windows update and now I can't login to Outlook to check emails. Coincidence?
Is anyone else still unable to access Hotmail? Microsoft says that it has solved the problem but I still can't log in, since this morning. Keep getting "unavailable" messages, or it says the problem has something to do with my mobile device, but I am not
logging in from a mobile device.
At first I could not log in, then after service was restored, I could not open my e-mails. Microsoft seems to think the difficulty is because I'm trying to sync with a mobile device. I am not! HELP !!

When I am watching the address bar cycle, I can see that the server is attempting to determine if I have a shared account due to whether or not my pass word is in all caps! I was able to see my Email page for about one minute when I suddenly got locked
off with no status. Apparently there is no discussion regarding unauthorized shared account, or regarding unauthorized shared anything?
