Can I recover an email address that hasn't been used for at least a year? when I try to recover password it says that the account doesn't exist, I need this email up and running again so I can reset a password for my phone.

I realize this is a long shot, but I deleted a file that I need to recover from January 2013 that was stored in my Skydrive\Documents folder. I have checked the recycle bin, but the file I need is not there. Is there any other way to get this retrieved? I desperately need this file and deleted it only because I had another copy stored elsewhere, but that location has become corrupted.

My hotmail account was blocked yesterday. It said someone else was trying to access account so I filled out the verification form best I could. I set up this account a long time ago and don't use it on a daily basis so could not remember all the info required.
It is an important account as I use this for applying for jobs etc. Can you please help me unblock it? I have signed up to a new account but really want my old one back. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

I am unable to receive email on the domain I have setup. I was about to update mx records but I im unable access windows live admin center. when i click sign in, it stays on the same page, and does not redirect to the admin center.

I posted complaints about outlook.com last year. Since then I have had no help with my problems - only other people's messages complaining about similar problems!
Apart from having to sign in almost every time, the system being slow, not responding, losing emails etc etc...... my main problem is not being able to access my contact list. Two lots of advice were given (1) update the browser - which I did - to no effect. (2) access my contacts via a separate website called 'People' which I did and for a while could get fairly quick access to my contacts by keeping this in my favourites bar. Now this no longer works and I have no idea how to find it.
