How can we get the latest financial stats without this window working?

Funny thing is that I do not own a smart phone. My phone is an eight years old Nokia and I did not try to sync my Outlook account to my mobile device.
Can Microsoft help me find out as to the identity of the attempt?

Yesterday I lost connection of hotmail on iPhone 4S, today the email folders came back but my email hasn't loaded yet. Is Microsoft still working on this? How long should this take to get corrected?

Yesterday I lost emails in my outlook.com in-box that post-date March 31, 2013. How can I get them back? I have tried using the recover deleted emails feature under the Deleted Folder and have only been able to recover the emails that I actually deleted. Where are the emails that were in my in-box?

I go to link another hotmail account and it says link no longer available? any suggestions. tks
I went to New and typed a name in and no e-mail address showed up. I then went to People and saw none of their e-mail addresses listed. I had changed nothings? Any suggestions. tks

I would like to know how to monitor network traffic between SkyDrive Pro and Server. Which tool is best to watch the traffic.
I was trying to understand the SkyDrive pro sync works as its really causing huge traffic so when I was checking the same using fiddler I have observed that updated data/content in ".DOCX" was it in different formats( bytes). I understand Microsoft adds some additional unreadable bytes for security purpose but what I wondering was , the format got changed based on the browser type, same word document was converted into added some raw additional bytes differently , so my query is how to understand this for me to apply any additional encryption techniques if I want to encrypt doc using client side ciphering techniques. so please share any idea how SkyDrive pro works ( I mean how it sends POST REQUEST PARAMETERS ) what are the different types of PRPs( Post Request Parameters) pls share if you have any idea that will be really a great help.
