For several weeks I and many others have been trying to resolve the problems associated with passwords and no access to accounts that were originally linked in hotmail, without success. This is very frustrating and I have tried to contact the senior
directors at Microsoft to no avail.
While hotmail informed customers of the changes, the new systems in place are failing thousands (if not more) of customers who had previously linked accounts.
Customers cannot access their accounts due to the reset password, customer support, code activation and senior support functions not working correctly or satisfactorily.
Do not send private responses and links to information, that is not the request here and this repetitive behaviour from Microsoft does not resolve these issues as we have already seen on many of these pages before us.
What is Microsoft doing to resolve this issue and when will this be fixed please?

On a Windows 7 PC using Outlook.Com, some emails received do not show embedded images. Instead, there is a box with a "x" in the upper left corner. Doesn't matter if it's the preview or active window. Doesn't matter which browser I use, IE9 or latest Chrome. If I open the same email in the "Windows Live Mail" program or the default email app on my iPad, I see all the images so I can only conclude this is an issue with Outlook.Com alone. If I use a browser (Safari or Chrome) on the iPad and look at email from Outlook.Com, I also experience the problem. Assistance requested.

Web access to Outlook/hotmail email is NOT restored (on PC - not speaking of mobile devices) 12:29 PM EST!!!

this is nuts cannot open email with outlook just goes to show how undependable they r ... I am currently loosing work because of this I SUGGEST PPL GET A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS SOMETHING WE CAN DEPEND ON THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
I can't reset my password, when I type my old email address and then put in the characters, I press next and then it says that my microsoft account is incorrect. I need this account so that I can deal with my phone.

Team, i request you to please help me get this account back at the earliest so that i can inform all of my contacts that email was hacked and not to initiate any money transfer.
Please also take a note that i have tried to submit a form on Microsoft website but did not found fruitful results. tough i do have the information of the email i have sent.
Please also note that i have submitted a written complaint to the local police station in Dubai because the hacker do have the soft copy of my Passport (as it was saved in my emails).

I have been having problems accessing my Outlook mail. Yesterday, I was unable to get into my mail, and today I am unable to open the mail. There is a notification from msn stating; except for phone connection, the problem has been fixed. I am a senior
and not very technical so this is a real challenge for me. Thank you for any suggestions
