When I sign in my outlook account it appears "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now". I cant access account. But with another email account the outlook works.. what is the problem with my account? Can anyone help me urgently....
Are there any other ways to verify an account, I've been trying to verify a number of accounts setup on my own domain on outlook.com all day but keep getting either a site not available error, or an error sending or resending the sms. I have a number
of accounts I'd like to setup email forwarding and other functionality on and am unable until I can get these verified.

My mum can't get into her hotmail account. The password doesn't work.
We tried requesting a code by text, but haven't received it (possibly because she hasn't updated her mobile number on the account.
And there's no alternative email address listed.
How does she get back in?

Ever since the recent outage my Hotmail account on my Iphone, Blackberry and Outlook does not work. Can somebody please help? the status says that everything is up and running. I have web outlook but no mobile
When I log in to Outlook it takes me to skype premium and when I click out it takes me back to skype. How can I stop this?
Since the recent outage of Outlook, I cannot get my Iphone 4S to connect to my email. I have changed to password on the account and can get into my email on my computer and through Safari on the Iphone. I have corrected the password in the App as well.
Are there still issues with mobile connection that will be corrected or is there a something I am missing in trying to get this to work again?
I received an e-mail titled "Confirmation of cancellation of Ad-Free Outlook.com" from MSFT *OUTLOOK.COM. I find a few things interesting about this e-mail. First, I never requested cancellation. Second, while I have an outlook.com address, I have never
paid for the service and am not sure what the could be cancelling. Lastly, the e-mail says the service "... has been cancelled on Friday, August 16, 2013.

I received this e-mail before the 16th so the tense is wrong in the sentence which makes me wonder if this is not a real MSFT e-mail. But, I guess that could be the mail server used was in an earlier time zone than me.
Anyway, I have scoured the forum to see if anyone else has received a cancellation notice for something that they never paid for or if anyone can point me to a phone number or chat option so I can talk to a real person to make sure there are no issues
with my account.
