I closed the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** years ago.
I am still receiving notifications.
Would you please stop this behavior?
I tried reopening account again. It did not work (closed again).
Thanks in advance
After the service disruption, I can no longer get my outlook.com messages on my iPad 2.  I removed the hotmail account and set it up again, but still get "no access to server" messages.  Any ideas?
I have already changed my settings in my account, however when I choose an app to purchase, it says US and it cannot be changed. Help!
I've tried following the recommended steps of deleting and reinstalling my account and it does nothing.  My other account works just fine.  How can I private message my email account to get this fixed?  This is ridiculous.

I have two questions:

a. I can't open my e-mail account  on the blackberry, even I have edit my password,.

b. I have done reset my  apple ID  and there is notification has been sent to my e-mail account (Hotmail). However, no e-mail come to my Hotmail account.

Please advise for my both cases.

Regards,

cant get into my email for 2 1/2 days  .... outlook keeps saying ... we apologize for lengthy delay .. and today aug 16 they say they will have fixed  aug 17 2013 .... its only mid day and they are already into tomorrow.

unfortunately i wont get your answer to my email as I CANNOT GET INTO MY EMAIL?

dont know that to do to unlock this tie'up?   HELP

Today August 16th - went to log onto Hotmail account only to see the page was now Outlook.com.

Attempted to  log in to see a message stating that "others may have hacked into my account and account was disabled".

Took link to reset password , providing a neighbours email address for any response.

Response indicated I provided too little information to validate and gave link to restore account.

Attempted to restore using limited information available and then got a response stating "as there have been numerous attempts to restore account, decision taken to block account" and telling me to open a new email account. Had only tried twice to restore connection

Does this mean

1) there is no way that Microsoft can reset my original Hotmail account - have important emails I need to retrieve

2) If I open new email address can I somehow get emails in original account migrated across

3) can I recover contact details (email addresses of businesses and friends)

Would be great if Microsoft could reset count for old email account and only allow access from historic Ip address on my computer (only one I use to access Hotmail)

Whilst I accept that security is paramount, if there ever was a Denial of Service attack against Hotmail, which was aimed at locking out users' accounts then the process of blocking accounts and requesting new one's set up would upset genuine users who would expect any recovery to be non intrusive and merely reset any locked out accounts.

At moment very frustrated that I cannot access my Hotmail account?

I can retrieve my emails from my computer but I cannot get them pushed correctly to my iphone again. On 8/14/13 my iphone stopped receiving emails. It then began to receive them the next day, but now again is not receiving emails and only shows emails from 4/2013 and earlier.

Microsoft, you are supposed to be a software company that should be able to prevent these issues. My emails are a critical component of my business!  I've had my email address forever, it may be time to avoid microsoft forever. The windows OS and phone OS and now email changes are not enticing products at all.

I need my emails back on my device, is that so hard Microsoft?

I can no longer access my email accounts on my iPad 2. I have been having this issue for two days. I tried deleting the accounts off my iPad and then adding them back on but it still doesn't work. I get either a can't connect to the server message or no message at all it just tries to check for mail forever. I can access my email from my iPad 2 if I go through Safari though. Please help! I need my email to sync to my iPad! Hope to hear from someone soon!
