Hello,

 

I've reported my email addresses twice https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=outlooksync&ct=eformts&scrx=1 because in Outlook 2013 I get "There are too many devices syncing with this account.  To sync using Outlook, try removing another device that is connected with this account such as a phone or another computer."    Error code 0x80004005.

 

There are other threads on this topic saying things like they've all been fixed or go to https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=outlooksync&ct=eformts&scrx=1 and it will get fixed.  Pages and pages of posts but they eventually lock the thread (that isn't going to make the problem go away.   Submitting your email on that link doesn't help either.

 

This may sound crazy but perhaps since the issue didn't occur in Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 perhaps (hold on I know this sounds crazy) but perhaps MS could just FIX outlook 2013?

It looks like someone else might be using your account please help

Skydrive desktop app stuck on signing in (windows 8)

I, like so many before me, am having a problem with the skydrive desktop application.  It remains on the "signing in" screen forever... or at least, until I close it.  To be clear, I am able to fill in my login credentials and click "sign in," but it's the "Signing In..." screen that follows that I get stuck on indefinitely.  This is a fresh install of Windows 8 Professional; I've never been able to sign into skydrive on this computer.

Here's what I've done so far:
1. I've configured my DNS to use OpenDNS instead of our Domain DNS.  No change.
2. I've verified that I have the correct Trusted Root Certificates in my Certificate Store, and that they aren't expired.
3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled skydrive, no change.
4. I've collected the logs for my skydrive install using the batch file in the %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive\<latest version> folder
5. I've tried using a proxy server, as a couple of people have reported success with that, but no change for me.
6. I've made sure IE's security level is set to "Medium-High"
7. Checked for any .DAT files in %localappdata%\Microsoft\SkyDrive\Settings.  There were none.

This is also not the only computer on which I've had this issue.  Frankly, it's getting a little bit old, especially when Google Drive, DropBox, Box.com, Cubby, and Sugar Sync all seem to be able to work with no problems.

Like I said, I've collected the logs from my skydrive install already, so I can provide them if asked.

Problems syncing contacts with Outlook 2010

I have synced Outlook 2010 to my Outlook.com account, but I have with contacts.

I currently have 2767 contacts in Outlook 2010 and 6796 contacts in Outlook.com.  How do I fix this problem?


Outlook.com sign in problems

Dear Sir or Madam:

 

On Wednesday, August 14, 2013, I got an error message from Outlook.com about having technical problems when I try to sign into this website with Internet Explorer 8.

 

Yesterday and today, I sign into Outlook.com with Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome browsers and the Outlook.com graphical user interface looks incomplete, loads improperly and displays some navigation links in the wrong locations.

 

I have included the JPEG snapshot images of Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome browsers showing the Outlook.com graphical user interface issues.

I can’t open or send emails since yesterday on my pc and the outlook format doesn’t look normal.

My browser is internet explorer 9 and I am using windows vista. Microsoft silverlight is enabled. I was able to access my email at work and it appeared normal. Can anyone tell me what is going on? This whole weird thing started Wednesday am when I couldn't sign in. Then Wednesday evening I was able to sign in and my email worked fine. Then Thursday morning I could sign in, but the format was messed up and I can't open anything. Nothing works on the page, but clicking on help or sign out.

Some photos not showing up in movie movie maker

I've been working on this movie for 2 days now and now when I play it many of the previous photos are not showing? They were there before.....Why does it appear many of the photos are being skipped over??????  I'm new at this and my first try at making a video.....

My hotmail got hacked!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

I have about 4 different hotmail accounts. And 1 of them recently got hacked and I don't have enough information like a credit card number or subject lines to get back into the account. I gave my location, name, date of birth, and password and it still said I didn't have enough information. I've tried sending a reset password email to another account and it hasn't gotten an email within the past month. If someone could please help me, that would be great. I need to be able to get back into the account and it is my account. I've had the account for about 2 years maybe longer but its my account. Thank you

Need to close account after unauthorised activity!

parental approval verification

As a parent I am looking to give parental approval for my son but in verifying who I am I can only access the american Microsoft site and cannot input my details? Can anyone help please.
