Can anyone help? For the last two days I'm having trouble downloading and deleting emails from my hotmail account. If I delete an email, it repopulates. Periodically when checking for new email I get this message: cannot get mail-the connection to the server failed?
When trying to access my outlook.com email on my phone via EAS, I have no issues. However when I try to access it via OWA, I receive the following error:

You've lost access to your email

The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address.
You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.

How do I resolve this issue and get email access for my account back on the web interface?

The faxes from eFax are not showing up in my Hotmail inbox or junk file. All other emails come through fine. Any ideas? I contacted eFax first and they said there are no issues on their end and to contact Hotmail.
Hi I received an email with attachment in junk box, when I marked is as safe in inbox the attachment was gone. Is there any way how to recover the attachment? Please help
I am missing the displays on my outlook.com    Went to Bell to try to resolve says may be an issue with Firefox.   I have had no problems todate using Outlook now everything appears distorted on left side.  Mising reply, forward or create new mail message>??
Anyone have a quick fix for this.
I have been waiting for quite some time, but it still says I should wait a few minutes before trying again, while MS updates my inbox.
I've forgotten my password to an important Hotmail account. Attempts to recover it have failed, as I've forgotten the answer to my security question and haven't used it in so long. Thank you for your time! :D

Advanced Search times out after about 25 or 30 seconds, including when searching for simple things like a word in the subject or a particular sender.

Hello Johan!

I'm working with email marketing service provider.

Email marketing service provider is enrolled in Junk Email Reporting Program (JMRP).

I send out email campaign from email marketing platform to my @live.com email.

After that I sweep email: Sweep > Unsubscribe >We've asked the sender to remove you from this mailing list.

By the end I did not receive message from Microsoft (to sender email) about unsubscribe @live.com email ID.

Maybe you know something about this? How Microsoft ask sender to remove email? Procedure is like JMRP?

Kind regards,
A. Vilums
