Why can't I close my outlook account?I get error message's that say I need to close my Hotmail account.When I click on the link I get another message that say's I have to cancel my subscription's,I don't have any subscription's

Will outlook.com remain free for custom domains?

So far my tests with outlook.com have been successful. I am considering switching a small company's email to outlook.com. But the switch is premised on outlook.com for custom domains remaining free. Otherwise I'd probably use google apps, which I know better. Has Microsoft stated that outlook.com for custom domains will remain free 'forever'?

SkyDrive not syncing on my Win 8 Tablet

I've recently started having a problem with SkyDrive on my Windows 8 (not RT) tablet where it won't sync.  The problem apparently started when I checked the option to make available offline..... since then, it seems stuck with a message saying it is "downloading 133 items" with the little dots indicating activity constantly going across the top.  When I click on that, I get a screen that says progress Downloading 133.  I see a whole bunch of image files on this screen that all say completed.  It's been in this state for at least a week and I have let SkyDrive run hoping it would complete but it has not.  The files do show up in SkyDrive on my WP8 phone and from my desktop (where I do most of my work w/SkyDrive).  Any assistance in fixing this is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to create another live.com.  In so doing I accidently created a duplicate of an existing email account.  How do I delete the duplicate email account.

My mother has forgotten her email account password. It was set up to be the account for my younger brothers xbox account. The account is now blocked and there is no way of recovering the acount as she never uses the address enough to provide sufficient answers.

Hi, I am EXTREMLY upset and frusterated!!! Ever since hotmail has turned to 'Outlook' all of my important client contact's...'inquirys' etc, keep going to my junk mail! Its affecting my busniess and how I make my income! I missed out on a VERY important job that was sent by a cleint to my Junk mail! Im CONSTANTLY sorting through my junk mail, looking for my clients! I have to look past all the POF **** and SLUT Finders junk, to find my important Emails!!! HELP immediately!!! This problem is affecting my Livelyhood!!!! Hi, after signing in to Hotmail successfully, I am on the "account summary" page. I cannot find any way move on from there and to access my emails.
I am with Outlook & have had an account with Hotmail for approx ten years.  I have tried changing my password, without success. HELP!
