All of my emails that are older than two weeks are no longer visible in my inbox. This includes emails that were moved to folders. I saw a previous post that referenced a cog icon but that is not visible in my inbox. Any suggestions?

I'm desperate, for my almost one year worth of diary saved as draft mysteriously disappeared (as of about 1:30PM China time on August 15, after checking the history), I wasn't aware of it until after 22 hours later.
I've tried everything possible, all things I knew and learned from online, but nothing helped. I have no idea what happened, I am positive no hacking in the picture. That was the only file I was editing when this happened. I didn't manually do delete,
I don't know what happened.
Please no need to list anything typical such as "deleted folder recovery", since it doesn't apply to my situation.
I'm writing just to see if it is ever possible that you could help me dig out the lost email on your server, anything that you might be able to do to help. This diary means so much to me, it just kills me inside knowing it is gone without a trace. Please

hi i tried logging into one of my old email addresses (haven't logged in this one in over a year) and it gives me an error message that email address does not exist. I tried making a new email address of the same name but it says that it is taken already.
I need to access this email address in order to complete a verification process for other online accounts. How can I finish this?

I have a hotmail account, yet when I delete messages on my Samsung Galaxy S3 it's still there when I log into my hotmail account on my laptop :(
I had someone sort this problem out for me a long time ago on this forum - and I recently had to re-set my email on my phone as it stopped working - so this problem has come up again. It was something I couldn't figure out myself and I wish I had their details now!

status.live.com says the outage is solved; True for the web site, but not true for mobile sync to AT&T iPhone; Plus I noticed that many of the emails in multiple folders have dissappeared. This problem is now going on 3 days, any end in sight?
