Outlook hasn't been updating for most of the day.   What's going on?   I'm on a hard line, on my laptop and I can't log in and haven't gotten any new mail for hours and hours (which is unusual)   When I was in my account, I couldn't view my flagged emails.   I do hope this is fixed by tomorrow.

When changing my password I got a temporary error.  I have spent countless hours the last 3 weeks attempting to get this issue fixed. The escalation agents are not helping.

I keep getting messages like this (removed any identifying information):
"
To set your expectation, all account information including possible subscriptions and purchases will be gone or voided when we delete the account. If you wish us to delete it. please respond with the phrase below:
I grant you my “Permission to access and delete the account.”
Best regards."

I do not want to delete my paid account and well more than a thousand dollars worth of purchases. If any of the moderators would like to see the service request number, send me a private message.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received with a pay service. It should not take 3 weeks to solve this.

There are an error in Microsoft Notifications Newsletters in Arabic:

I receive all Microsoft messages in Arabic. But Arabic isn't clear in these newsletters & contain errors.  Arabic is must be typed from "Right-to-Left" - opposite English.

Why do the error happen?
Because the sender of the message:
1- Didn't set the direction of text to be displayed from right to left.
2- Didn't align text to the right.

If you didn't understand what is the error, please read the example:
If assume that text must start from right to left. I numbered the text so refer to writing serial:
- Wrong Serial.

As a result:
Most people prefer to change language of newsletters to English, but also option of changing language isn't available for users, so until now many people still receive broken text from Microsoft Newsletters!!!
