I cannot receive any E-mail sent to one of my alias. I don't know why.
Please help.
Note: I can still receive mails sent to my other aliases.
I just installed Windows 8 on a new PC. I am brand new with this.
When I try to download a windows 8 app from the "store" (like ESPN) , I get the following message and cannot do anything...

You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.
I only set up one email and one alias and I have never changed it. My account shows this email as my primary, but somehow it is not being recognized as me.
Please advise.
My account was blocked, and I think it's because I entered with a proxy and someone used it to make spam.
When I login (through login.live.com) I get a "Your account has been temporarily blocked" page.

I hope some Microsoft staff reads this and solves the bug or manually reactivates my account.
