Windows Live Mail FAQ
I recently started sharing photos with family on skydrive, and it worked great. I recently added more photos to the same folder I had already shared, but no one knows the new photos are there. I sent an email telling them the photos were there, but didn't include a link, so no one was able to find them.
Is there a way to get skydrive to send an email notification out to people who I have shared a folder with that new content is available for them to view?
I use windows mail and can receive email. When I try to send email to anyone, I get the following error:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'reply if you receive', Account: 'Amy Logan', Server: 'smtp.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. I've spoken with verizon multiple times, they cannot help because if i login to my verizon.net account, I can send/receive fine, but it's not
user friendly, I just love windows mail. Any suggestions?
My wife's email was hacked over a week ago and sent out lots of spam messages to all her contacts. She has since then tried to verify her account and had an email to say she has been successful. However when she clicks the link from the email it says:
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.
This has been going on for nearly a week now and she is not able to reset her password either. She can't get log into the community either to post for help which is why I am using my account. It is concerning as we use this email for all our online financial services.
Please help us get this resolved asap.
I have a Yahoo Mail Plus Account and have tried to have it forward to my Outlook.com account. I have tried to have it do so with a "send only" account as well as a "send and receive" account. In Outlook.com when I try to set up with the "send and receive" account it says I need to have Yahoo Plus. I have had Yahoo Plus for a long time, and it always comes up with this message, and will not complete the forwarding. I do not receive that message for a "send only" account, however, the "send only" doesn't forward my E-Mails from Yahoo so it is useless.
In many of the responses on this topic you have private E-Mail communications. No problem with me except that it doesn't provide a solution for users like myself. Can you please help me and perhaps others on this forum with this problem. It seems to be a common issue, that has yet to be resolved.
