I'm having issues removing my account picture. I've tried multiple times to remove it via the Microsoft website, and also through the People app on Windows 8. However, after a few days, the account picture somehow magically reappears, as if I never deleted
it. I've tried removing the picture using both methods at least 10 times, and every time, the picture reappears. Is this a bug, or is there a solution available? Thank you.

i tried to sign online Thursday Night and i had to sign in with my password. Then an error popped up having an 8015D02E message and I already went to account.live to fill out a questionnaire and didnt provide enough info apparently. Called again and was

i tried to reset my microsoft account password and its been more than 24 hours and ive filled out the form a second time and still no response.
This phony email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was seeking verification through my gmail account – and as such, I’ve just closed my gmail account. This phony address apparently was using my gmail account as a secondary email address. This fake email is linking to my real Hotmail account. After I got tricked to change the password if I did not ask for a verification code, I went back into my hotmail account and changed my password a second time. What is going on and what are the steps which Microsoft ought to take to put a stop to this since I don’t know who is using this address and making it look like mine?
I have been plagued by periodic freeze ups. Unit just tops working. Web page fades and stays that way. Event viewer suggests that Skydrive is the cause of the failure. This common or not. What do I do? Reinstall?

I tried logging into my hotmail account recently, and the error messaged displayed said that someone may be trying to access my account. I filled out the security form as best I could but to no avail. I must have attempted it 3 or 4 times, all over a day
apart. I made the account so long ago that I don't remember my account information, but it was the first e-mail address I ever had, so a lot of my other accounts are linked to it. I spoke to Microsoft Support on twitter, who suggested I post a question here
