My outlook.com account is hacked. My account is sending emails to my list of contacts with links in it. I have changed the password twice and turned on the authenticator app but it is still sending spam emails. They don't show up in the sent folder but
I get bounced-back emails sent to my junk folder and a friend told me I sent him spam. HELP! What do I need to do to stop this? I have a mac that I use this account on and a Window's phone as well.
Since i came back from australia 15 days ago, my mail is unable te receive any mail. i do not understand how it is possible and i NEED this mail back as soon as possible. I think this issue come from microsoft or maybe since i change my country from australia
to france, some hidden security triggered. Anyway i need to receive mails again, what can i do ?
Here's my dilemma:
I tried uploading some videos from my camera to Live Movie Maker. When the videos loaded in Movie Maker, some them get displayed with a yellow triangle with and exclamation mark instead of a thumbnail. I click on those icons and I get a message saying
the file may be corrupted or in a format that is not supported by Movie Maker. What confused me about that message is that I check the original videos in the folder they are stored in at they work just fine. Also, the videos that do work in Movie Maker are
in the same format as the ones that don't. Format is MTS, by the way. Error number is 0x87260103. It is also important to note that the first time these videos were uploaded into Movie Maker they all worked at first. Now some of them don't for some reason.
I tried removing the "corrupted" videos from Movie Maker and re-uploaded them. They still did not work so what should I do here?

I registered several domains to outlook.com (trafikvadasz.hu; gyemantingatlan.com; fie.hu; ipari-ingatlanok.net) and I just can't find the reset user password.... I learned that I need to contact MS to enable this, but in Google Apps it is a role as email
admin.... It is much easier for me....
So can you enable the pwd reset option on all my domains and all my future domains?

I am having problems receiving emails from friends, family, clients and even myself. They are getting lost in cyberspace. I have been through the forums and checked all of my settings. Even my safe sender list is not coming through.

I am using Family Safety on Windows 7 for my kids' PCs and tried to enable app restrictions to limit/allow games that are not rated.
When I enabled App Restrictions couple of weeks ago - it worked as expected, blocking some games that I wanted to block.
But I accidentally disabled wrong executable in that dialog and now it turned out that there is no way to allow it back.
Whatever I do on Family Safily web site in App restriction UI - it is not saving my changes - all games/executables stay blocked as I selected it originally.
So, the only way to fix it was to disable App restrictions completely. Luckily that worked.
I tried managing blocked apps on different computers (Win 8, Win 8.1) and all browsers (different IEs, latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with no luck.
But the problem remains - how can I block particular app or how to make that app restriction UI start saving the changes?
before 2 years ago, I lived in Australia for a while, and when I got back to my country I tried to sign in
but I got a message saying that I have signed in from an unusual region and they stopped my account!!
when I tried to verify my self, I found out that the verification email is lost too!!
and I tried to fill the verification form hundred times, but couldn't get the info right!!
what do you suggest for me :(

There is one thing that giving me hope is by sending the verification email to my secondary alternate email not the primary one. because when I choose reset my account, it gives me a drop list with two resetting emails, I tried with the secondary but I

I have xbox live and my email account associated with xbox live has been blocked for some time and i couldn't of cared less until recently when microsoft decided to introduce security proofs on the console, so now I need my account unblocked just so I
can sign in to xbox live. my problem is that whenever i try to unblock my account I have to fill out a questionnaire.. but its full of questions that aren't actually related to the email for example billing info and recently sent emails so it always says there
is not enough evidence to prove its me. I never emailed anyone off it and I never had a bank account then I know the password and answer to the security question yet that isn't enough can someone please tell me how I can fix this or speak to someone who knows
how to fix this I have had the xbox live account for about 4 years and don't really want to scrap it because of a blocked email.
If you can help me out with this it will be greatly appreciated and I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation.
