Directions to add a "Reply-To:" field to the header of an outgoing email in Outlook For Mac 2011, do not correspond to the UI on the installation I am using, 14.3.9 131030 (incredibly, I had to enter that info by writing it down since the "About Outlook" window DISAPPEARS when the screen focus changes from Outlook!).

Instructions say that an option to specify this field will be found in the "View" drop-down while composing the email, but all I find are totally irrelevant choices like "Reading Pane" and "Media Browser".  These inappropriate UI elements make me skeptical that this capability exists in Outlook.  Perhaps if I scp the email body to ArchLinux on my Raspberry Pi and use "mail" there I can perform this exotic task....

I am using Family Safety on Windows 7 for my kids' PCs and tried to enable app restrictions to limit/allow games that are not rated.

When I enabled App Restrictions couple of weeks ago - it worked as expected, blocking some games that I wanted to block.

But I accidentally disabled wrong executable in that dialog and now it turned out that there is no way to allow it back.

Whatever I do on Family Safily web site in App restriction UI - it is not saving my changes - all games/executables stay blocked as I selected it originally.

So, the only way to fix it was to disable App restrictions completely. Luckily that worked.

I tried managing blocked apps on different computers (Win 8, Win 8.1) and all browsers (different IEs, latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with no luck.

But the problem remains - how can I block particular app or how to make that app restriction UI start saving the changes?

For some reason when I tried to access my emails this morning it gave me a message saying that I wasn't connected to the internet (I did double check and I was connected at the time). After that it started loading funny meaning that I couldn't access my emails because the UI interface seems to be having some problems with it's coding and is covering all the emails I need to get to. My email currently looks like this:
Anything I click just refreshes the page and doesn't allow me access to anything. I've tried all the browsers I have too, and tried to access it on my phone. I've even tried clearing my cache. It makes no difference.

I tried to report it as a problem to Microsoft but that page and MSN.co.uk are also suffering from the same problems. I tried chatting to a MS assistant via web chat, but they've just sent me here.

Is anyone else having this problem?
We recently switched from hotmail to Exchange in the cloud, and now cannot access mail/calendar items through the web UI.  I've been able to POP3 the messages that were in my inbox, but I have three problems:

1. Everything I popped came into the inbox and are all Unread; I've lost my activity history.
2. Messages that I had moved to folders in Outlook seem to be lost.
3. Calendar items did not come into Outlook, and I cannot log into the web UI, so all of my appointments are lost.

The web-based calendar system for Windows Live is currently Hotmail Calendar.

Does anyone happen to know about current development of the Metro/Wave 5 UI update for it?

The current UI is somewhat dysfunctional and unappealing; I will resort to using Google Calendar until the new release.
