Still not able to access live mail via my mobile device

The mobile syncing problem is still continuing for me.  It is Aug 19 1100 PDT.  I am using a Windows phone, so deleting my Live account is a drastic move.  Please fix this.  Your status page says the problem is resolved, but that is not the case.  This is becoming annoying.

 

The error I get is that my password is incorrect, but I know that is not the case, as I can log into my Live mail account on my PC.

My email is blocked and I want it unblocked the email is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the only option for me to get the email back is to send a code to an email that hasn't been used in like 5 years so I can't get it and because my email is blocked I can't go on my Xbox live account

cant verify my account

My son cannot verify his xbox account.

We have gone through all the requested procedures several times but we are still not able to have the account verified.

 

We have:

Reset the password through links and instructions sent to us.

Gone through the verify my identity procedure a dozen times and had password resent links sent to us. Each time we reset the password and then try to log in with the new password we are told that:

"It looks like someone else might be using your account "...... and we are back to square one.

We have tried verifying this through the text number on the account but after clicking that option more than 200 times I am still yet to receive a single text.

We have tried to verify the account through the email setting but are told there is a temporary problem and to try later...this temporary problem has been on going for many weeks. I have tried clearing caches, I have tried downloading profiles, in desperation I nearly turned to religion....all have failed.

 

I have now been on the phone to the Microsoft support group who also didn't offer any answers but did point me to this forum. He has suggested I write this message and to point out that all options have been used but my account obviously cannot be verified through the normal procedures and now needs intervention from a higher entity.

can’t create multiple skydrive accounts

I work for a school that needs to be able to create 60+ skydrive accounts for student use, but we're receiving an error after making a few accounts saying no more can be created. Can our IP be put on some sort of whitelist for this?

Hotmail/Outlook iphone4s/5 issues. 

 I have set up two accounts on iphone which may seem the same but are acting differently.  Outlook.com email does show all my emails from PC but does NOT show folders but doesn't always download the text of email etc..  If I delete from Outlook account it does NOT delete on PC. 

 My Hotmail acct only shows a minimum number of emails and won't download more, however, it does show all my folders from PC acct AND I can delete from iphone and it will delete from PC.  

This issue started when I synced my phone with PC this past week.  Thanks!

Multiple email accounts

I have two email addresses that route to the same account. I would like to delete one of them; the original and primary one. Making the secondary one the only on that exists. How do I go about that?

I guess for clarification what Im asking is: I made a email account when I was in high school and it lack professionalism. Now I have a second account that is more appropriate and emails sent to either account address get routed to the same inbox. I want to delete the previous / outdated one and simply carry on with the more appropriate one. 

How do I go about removing the older account and preserving the new one?

Lost all e-mails

All my e-mails from my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** desappeared after upgrade for Outlook and no one answer or give me a solution for this problem.
