Please can you just check if the domain @instagram.com is whitelisted on my hotmail account? Because i can't seem to be receiving emails from them, to reset my password on their.
My son cannot log into his hotmail account he gets the message your account is not ready, family safety settings not finished. When I click on the link to finish the settings it brings me to a page that errors out.

Xbox Live had me delete and rename a few aliases trying to get eveything to sync to my Hotmail account but somehow it was deleted! If I try to longin it says ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXIST, if I try to recover the password the same thing happens. If I try create
a new account with the same name the system says NAME ISN'T AVAILABLE. Can you please tell me how I can recover it? And if I can recover old messages?

I can log in with it jsut fine. In settings, I try to "make primary" but nothing happens. In the drop down at the top left, it isn't listed, just my gmail account, which stuck as primary.
I really want this specific email name. If not, I'm just going to continue to use gmail.

the facebook chat option in outlook.com is fixed to off even I have clicked ON for a dozen times. My computer, and my phone are also affected by this problem for none of my contacts from facebook is online. I have already removed and added my facebook account from and into my microsoft account for a lots of time already, but the problem still exits. If you need more details, I'm sorry, there's none. There isn't any error codes or anything. Just 'your contacts are all offline'. Please help as soon as you can. Thank you.

How long should I expect the "Pending DNS configuration" to take? The domain is business-development.ro and it seems to take longer than expected, compared to my other domain, mindras.ro, which was activated much quickly.
Is there a fault in my configuration?
