I have a business and personal emails. I used to have them linked and it was easy to go between them and check them. Now I need to sign out and sign into the other account. Can both accounts be left open or can they be linked again?

We have an email address (live.co.uk) however when we try and log in it says that it looks like someone else has been using the account so we need to verify it. They give an option to verify it through another email address or complete a questionnaire.
The email address they offer isn't working anymore , however we do not have the answers to complete the questionnaire. They ask for the last 5 email addresses we have emailed, however we do not use the account to email people, we only use it to receive email.
It asks us for our Xbox live account details, however we don't have an xbox live account!
Please can anyone help? We are desperate to access the account again - we are moving to Australia on Sunday and our Visa details are stored in this email account.

Recently, I have been getting an error when received emails from a person sending from an iphone. The message subject line is changed to no subject. The, the message begins

and goes on and on and on from there. the message is buried in the text, so I know its not spam.
This is terribly annoying and enough to make me stop using outlook if it isn't fixed soon.
I sent a link from my One Note to a friend and they are unable to access the One Note in their Sky Drive. It says- "this item might not exist or is no longer available"....
When I look in my Skydrive account it is there and I have sent multiple requests.
How do I get them into the One Note info?
I made a new SkyDrive account for my work email, not knowing that I could simply add it as an alias. Just a few minutes later, while exploring the settings in my primary account, I noticed I could add an alias. I closed my new work email SkyDrive account
and proceeded to try to add my work email as an alias to my primary account. It would not let me, and gave me the error, "This email address is already taken. Please try another."
When I went into the forums for help with this issue, the only answer I could find was that I would have to wait one year for the closed account to expire. I feel that this policy of having to wait a year is excessive, especially in cases like this where
the time frame was so brief.
Please, is there any way to have my closed account manually deleted so that I can add it as an alias to my personal one? Thank you.
I had very important emails and when I checked my account all folders I had created were gone! I have searched my whole account and cannot find them. I need those emails! Help!

when I have a shared folder and send its address to someone else, there is an inconsistency in necessity of login:
a) When the other person right-clicks the folder and then "Download", the folder downloads as it should.
b) When the other person enters the folder and then clicks "Folder actions" (I see it only in Czech, I hope the translation is correct) and "Download folder" there, it asks for login (which is undesirable).
Is it a bug or a feature? Seems like a bug to me...

I was viewing my deleted file for a communication I deleted by accident. Suddenly all my saved files to specific contact folders were mixed up and deleted information appeared in folders where it didn't belong. I checked other contact folders and saved
files--all of them have saved messages from other files. Did I do something that I am not aware of? How do I get the messages into the correct folders??
I would respectfully like to request an investigation of my Hotmail account due to missing emails.
This occurred after the Outlook update. I have had this account for many, many years, and it is accessed on a fairly regular basis, so I do not believe the email history could have been deleted due to inactivity.
