Hi, I was trying to reopen a draft that I saved on my hotmail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)  This is a draft I have been working on for many months now, that I have not sent to anyone.  Just yesterday I saved it, and today I was going to reopen until I noticed it was gone.  I checked my sent mail, my delted folder, and my junk folder, to make sure I did not delete it or send it by mistake. Nothing.  The draft is totally gone.  I even clicked the link to "recover delted messages" as well as my browsing history, and they didn't work either.  Please help.  This draft was VERY important, and I need it back.  The subject line reads as "lyrics."
I have purchased a voucher that has been sent to my old Hotmail address. I can't log in to this Hotmail account to retrieve it because Outlook is telling me at the log in page that this account doesn't exist. It's also the account I use for social media so I need access to it. It has not been inactive for 365 days.

Please help ASAP because I need to activate the voucher before it expires

When I log in I am constantly getting the little time ball running and after 10-25 seconds I get the ability to access the email or open an email ? I have run anti Virus and it shows all clear. I am using Malware bytes and Symantec for Anti Virus

If I send an email with attachments, it just goes into the drafts folder. This only started in the last 4 days - before that it was perfectly OK and I have made no changes

Any ideas?

I believe my account has been hacked.  I tried to sign in to my account this morning & it said "it appears someone else has been using your account".  I was just on last night.  But I can't log in to change my password.  I tried to do the questionnaire but when I went to submit it it said "this page is down for maintenance".  Is there any other way to restore access to my account?  Please help!

I just wanted to know this because I have opened three more account on this, which totals four and I am satisfied with one with no use and no need of extra accounts. so please help me to come over this.

Thank you

I seem to encounter a bug in Outlook.com after adding Google Contacts

1- Several years ago I bought a domain (say, family.com), went with Google Apps and created accounts for members of my family.

2 - I moved to Outlook.com and connected my Google Apps account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) in order to be able to chat with my family members from there.

3- I created a Microsoft account out of my wife's Google App email address for her Windows 8 session. Therefore the email "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" became a Microsoft account.

4- Of course, she's in my address book (People) and I talk to her on Skype/Messenger using this same email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

=> However, now this same email address cannot seem to be recognized as a Google account by Microsoft and she never appears online. In the People section, it actually does not even state that she is offline and I have no instant messenging option listed.

Moreover, when going to the Messegning History folder, I can actually see some messages she sent me (no notifications) under a weird name like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

i would tend to think that Microsoft is therefore giving priority to Microsoft accounts made out of Google Apps email address. I may be wrong but that's what I am observing

I should add :
- I can perfectly see in Outlook.com other members of my family who are online using their own Google Apps account.
- She is listed in my Google addresse book and so I am in hers on Google Apps.
- After adding Google Contacts to Outlook.com, the People hub automatically links her Google profile to her Microsoft account in the same contact.card. Unlinking the two does not solve the problem.

Any ideas ?

My gmail account was hacked this morning, and everything was forwarded to a live.com account.  I have the ip address of the account which did this, and the town and state he lives in, and the account he set up, but I of course cannot access it, because I don't know the security information he provided.  How can I access my stolen information?

[Original title: Hacked]

Hello -

I recently set up multiple email accounts with our own domain.  I need to make a catchall, which I couldn't find good documentation for.  So, I tried to create a forwarder, to forward one of the emails accounts to another email account on the same domain.  That didn't take.  So, I deleted the one account to try to start over.

The I received this:

"The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."

At which time, I found in a support area that there is a 365 day wait for this??  Is there anyway that I can reset this email back up and properly create a forwarder?

Please help.
