over a month ago my hotmail was hacked and i couldnt get into it. after countless hours waiting for the poor made program to give me my reset password link it kept denying me. and because i cant sign in i cannot use my xbox live account, my email, games
that require windows messenger, etc.

I no longer can delete entries from my calendar for the months of November and December. Ihave optimized my browser, and drug the date of 3 November 2013 to another date and tried deleteing it again, with no sucess.

when I log into https://domains.live.com/ to view the domain I already added, I do not see the domain.
I want to add email accounts for new users.
I used to see the domain settings but now I only get a picture of this girl after I am already logged in.

Translating this reveals it seems to be a confirmation of an alternate email address. Neither of the email addresses in the message match my email address, but the alternate email is similar to my email (a few characters different). The message was marked
as a trusted sender by Outlook.com so I am fairly certain it is actually from the Microsoft Account Team.
Is someone trying to hack my account or am I somehow receiving these messages by mistake?

My Domain is entrustbusinessservices.co.uk it
is for Accounting and business admin services provider.
