Credit Card Verification

Hi my Outlook account is asking me to verify that I am an adult using my credit card. I have set up my account with my location as in United Kingdom but when I enter my verification details, card number etc it is asking me for my "State" and "Zip code". Obviously as I'm in the UK I don't have these but I can't get past this step.

The reason I am verifying I am and adult is that my son has a separate windows live account he is trying to link to an Xbox account but to do this Windows is requesting that I verify he has permission to use his account and that I am an adult.

It is so frustrating as he has bought some software but can't use it without linking his account.

Automatic updates are causing me untold problems and costing me money for repairs! The latest one has happened before and came back with the latest updates subsequent to the last repair that cost me 40.00 in repairs! I am now getting unwelcome ADVERTISEMENTS in the Inbox of my MSN Outlook account. The transfer of all the Hotmail to Outlook accounts KILLED my ability to use my Microsoft Outlook 2010 application that I paid over a hundred dollars for. And yes, I uninstalled and tried re-installing, didn't work. I am having printing problems with Outlook (only firsts paragraph of email prints!) I could go on and on, but mostly, I have decided to TURN OFF Automatic updates because I am just so sick of them screwing up my laptop! And before you start talking about mucking around the Registry, don't! I leave that to folks who know what they are doing, and that sure ain't me!!

How do I delete e mail addresses not in people ?

How do you get rid of e mail addresses that you do not want. Not the ones in your People Contacts. The ones that come up when you type the first letter in an address. Thanks Jim

How can I Forward emails to friends. There’s no drop down menu anywhere on Outlook!

When I receive interesting emails from vendors or from friends I sometimes would like to Forward them to others. Just got advertising from Adkins Nutritionals with low carb recipes. I wanted to forward the email with links to my friend but can't find a drop down menu to do it! How frustrating that it's not in the Main Menu like it was in Hotmail.

My iPhone 4S will not sync to hotmail. I used to get emails from Microsoft outlook on my iPhone 4S but not I have to go thru safari to view my emails. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it on my mail settings and it still won't work. Can someone help. Thanks

I had 2 hotmail accounts which were linked. now after Outlook replaced hotmail, I lost access to my second account. Account recovery does not work because I cannot provide enough data on this account. what do I do?

I want to ask for a manual validation process for my stolen hotmail account

my hotmail account got stolen since 27th APRIL 2013 - 6th MAY 2013

and i made a the recovery form but failed twice

Account recovery request 98069745 is now closed

Account recovery request 98071145 is now closed

and this is my 3rd try and i got this email:

LOST MAIL

There was a message re Archiving this morning. I'm not certain which button I hit, but now all my mail is gone from my inbox, including Flagged mail.

It's not in my inbox, the archive folder or deleted messages folder. The flagged messages dont' even show up in a search.

How do I retrieve the lost mail?

I have been trying to cancel my hotmail account too and I simply cant and I am really getting annoyed with how much time this takes - all the instructions are circular and many links dont work. Closing an account should not be this darn difficult!

Someone please help! I don't have time for this!!
