Unfortunately I have left the region field as United States for my child and need to change it to United Kingdom. I cannot access this I am being asked to confirm as a parent enter credit card details but cannot do this either as it is set to United
States. Can this be resolved?
Hi my Outlook account is asking me to verify that I am an adult using my credit card. I have set up my account with my location as in United Kingdom but when I enter my verification details, card number etc it is asking me for my "State" and "Zip code".
Obviously as I'm in the UK I don't have these but I can't get past this step.
The reason I am verifying I am and adult is that my son has a separate windows live account he is trying to link to an Xbox account but to do this Windows is requesting that I verify he has permission to use his account and that I am an adult.
It is so frustrating as he has bought some software but can't use it without linking his account.
