My credit card has expired so i need to update the card information but i cannot login to change the payment method. What can i do?

Hello,
I just recently moved my email archive from gmail to outlook.com.
When trying to do a search the request times out and gives me an error message:

There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook. 

I have tried multiple browsers, cleaning cache, etc... 

Judging by the number of posts of people with the same problem I'd say Microsoft should get this fixed asap. Being able to search your email is essential.

Locked out of my outlook/hotmail acc

Hi, my email acc told me to update my security so it sent me a code....it wouldn't work...so i reset my password...now i am completely locked out. I need to get into that acc now, any ideas as i have no idea how to sort this, thanks

Unable to create new emails

I can open emails in one of my Outlook accounts but can't create new ones or forward them onwards, the buttons appear to be dead. Using the same machine, I can fully operate an alternative Outlook account. I have checked all the usual steps, like emptying the temporary internet files and ensuring the IE browser is up to date etc. The faulty account does work normally on another laptop, though. Any suggestions, please?

1. i post many times but always unworking links so i hope this time i can find solution.

2. i cant acsess my Hotmail and other Person stolen my Hotmail and he asking my friends for Money send and he doing this till now.

3. i filled the Investigation 10 times and same answer always they are not sure that ist belong to me.

4. i made  E secure form 2 times and i dont understand what they send me .

5. i post here in Microsoft Support and they reply me private massege and ist not work.

please inside my Hotmail inbox there is Password of my wallet  and codes of my work i Need them urgent , i cant complete my work because i cant acsess my Hotmail .

 

please help me

 

Missing the last 4 years of email from my inbox, but my deleted folder still has emails I deleted this morning

This morning I was accessing my outlook.com com inbox from my IE browser with no issues.

This afternoon I noticed that my newest email in my inbox was from 2009. I checked my deleted folder and it still has emails I deleted this morning in it dating today.

How can I get my missing emails back?

Skydrive account suspended but I do not have any files ????

Hello I cannot access Skydrive. 

Account has been suspended because I did not follow Skydrive policy. 

I never hosted a file on Skydrive. 6 days I filed out the form and no reply. 

Skydrive account suspended but I do not have any files ??? 

Can someone from support turn on my Skydrive account ?
