Cannot access the security code Microsoft says it sent me

Hello.  I have been told that a security code has been sent to my hotmail account, but I cannot find it.  When I entered hotmail, it also told me that this was the last time that it would let me access my account without first entering the security code.  I have either not received the Microsoft hotmail security code, or I have received it and forgotten it.  How can I access it so that my hotmail account is not locked the next time I use it.  (I have renewed my password in the last few months, but I don't think that this is what they mean by a security code.)

As shown on the title, I signed into my work e-mail address few days ago and was told
'It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours.'


After submitting a few verification forms, i got the same results - Which is the information is not enough for me to recover my account. I was also told it will be better and easier to make a new one. The problem is that is my working email address and i really need it back asap. I managed to change the password but the same thing happened again. Please provide me solutions if you can. Thanks in advance.

I have several email users under this account with each user having her/his separate email address. Like I could do In GMail I want to create mail-groups so that mails sent the group is forwarded to all linked users. How do I create email-group.

One PC cannot fetch - settings correct - new lenovo with 7 pro

Hotmail on iphone 4s is still not syncing properly……..MS PLEASE HELP

Hotmail on my PC is working fine.  However, hotmail on MY iphone 4s is still not syncing properly.  It only shows emails from the last 4 days.  In the sent folder, it only shows the last two emails I have sent.  I want my emails back on my phone.  I have deleted and added my account many times, but with no success.

I must be one of the minority that still has this problem.

MS, can you please help sort this out.  That would be really appreciated.
