Every time I try to upload a file to attach I get the msg internet explorer has stopped working and the page resets. This is a new thing only started for last few days. Any ideas of the solution please?

i have just come home from a vacation and tried to access my hotmail account.
I type the password and email and a message pops up that i have to use a code to access my account.
however i dont have a code and was never notified that i would have to use one. it says that it can send the code to my email (that i cant access because i dont have the code). it also says that i can use my cell phone to get the code, which i tried, however
if i use the code it says my account will be deleted after 30 days. how can i prevent that?

I last signed in to my hotmail account about 2-3 weeks ago and today I tried to sign in again and the message says my account doesn't exist. So I signed up with Microsoft account using my hotmail address and NOW all my emails are gone. It just recognize
me as a new account user. How can I recover my old hotmail account? I need to access important emails and I'm just lost here. Please HELP!!!

im trying to sync my folders with skydrive. but it always showing that processing changes in skydrive folder and it does not show any sync symbol for any of folders in skydrive folder.. im using windows 8 pro... is there any setting to change...
