I've been on skydrive for a very long time.   I understand that when MS changed things they offered us 25gb upgrade if we were already users.  I signed up for that.  But now it is gone.  Who or how do I contact to get the upgrade reinstated ? 

Or do I stay with Google+ and their 25gb offer?

I have webmail for my website like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I can send email to many receivers using google mail or yahoo mail and so on.

But when i send mail to someone use Outlook service. i receive 
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

and the error code is 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC3-F14)
For the detail , it says that permanent error and will list my mail as spam mail.
It is my business mail and i have sent only 3 or 4 email ,what kind of spam can be ?

This message is still on my customised domain for Outlook. I can send messages OK using the customised domain email address but when I try to send messages to it, it can't receive any mail and I get a mail delivery error on my private yahoo email address. 

Does it matter that my administrator profile for my domain (which uses my original outlook email address) has the same details to my customised email address on outlook? Maybe it is getting confused? I don't know what to do anymore and I tried to follow the steps you outlined on this link to no avail:

I've noticed that e-mail from specific senders are not synching with my WP8 phone or Outlook 2013.  I noticed it because at outlook.com, some e-mails are showing as unread while on my phone and in Outlook, the e-mails do not appear.


The strange thing is that if I search for "Collin" on my phone and then ask for it to search MSN online, the function works, but if I search for "Collins" - the "S" on the end, the search fails with an error of "Can't connect".  Strange that the e-mails that are not synching are from a person who's surname includes "Collins"


I can see them in my inbox online, just not on any device - not Mail on Windows 8, WP8 e-mail or Outlook.


Any help would be appreciated.  Nothing is showing in the SYnc error logs in Outlook either for this contact.

I presently have a comcast email account and I want to transfer saved folders to my outlook email account. How can I do this without having to physically forward each email?
You have sent me an reply saying to go to the personal email you sent me.  I would but it has been deleted with the rest of my emails.

I would like you to see where my emails have gone to and why,when I did not change any settings and did not click anywhere for my account to be outlook instead of hotmail. 

I am unable to find the email you have told me to click on so you will look into this problem.

My mom forgot her password to her hotmail, and whenever I select the option to send an email for a reset link to my email, I don't receive it. I tried it 5 times already. I've also tried the option to send a code to my phone by text twice and haven't received any texts.
For several reasons, I've had to change my password for two of my email accounts. This caused me more trouble that I think there should be.

After a couple of hours, I managed to get  account#1 set up as a send-and-recieve account. Account#2 using the same details as send-only-account#2 comes back with :   "We're sorry, but we are upgrading our system and you cannot add or edit your account. Please try again in a few hours."

Both accounts are 3rd party - have now been deleted in their format pre change of password to set them up as new email accounts - and Account #1 works perfectly. Account #2 continues to give the above message after 3days of attempting to set up a send-receive account (with the same method successfully used on Account#1)

The new password for Account #2 has been verified and correctly entered on each occasion. It was suggested by the host site that repeated attempts to create the account with the new password may have resulted in a perceived hack attempt and that password has now been reset (the same password). Still can't set up new send/receive account - still can't delete send only account - still still the same message.

Both account were working perfectly prior to change of password - just a few suspected hack situations. 

I've been using Firefox for all of my attempts and have not yet tried other browsers.

Is it just that the send only account of the same name needs to be deleted before a new account with the same details can be used - if so how do I do this other than the obvious? is there a trick to it I can't see? , or is it something else?
