Question about Outlook Express

Posting a specific question, as had posted a similar question, but was general question about editing profile details.

A Windows Live (Messenger) profile had "Other Address" details (i.e. not home or work) added at some point in the past. Not sure how this was added, whether through the Social Connector feature in Outlook or the old Messenger Client. Cannot now get rid of this information.

How can this be "cleaned up" from the account?

There must be some way to get this resolved, even if it requires a call to the Microsoft help desk.

I lost mu skydrive folders that I had setup with the hotmail account when upgrading to an outlook.com account.

Is there anyway to recover them?

Hi.. My email dgblue@hotmail .com has been hacked. Please let me know how to recover it at the earliest.

I have already tried recovering through "cant access my account" and then filling out the form but it does not work.
