My account was recently hacked everybody in my address book was getting false e-mails.

I changed my password but now I cannot receive any mail.

I have sent mail to another account and can receive it but when I try to return it to my Hotmail account I receive nothing.

I am still experiencing this issue with my mobile phone (Android).  Ever since the service interruption, my mobile device has not synched with outlook.com.  I will receive new emails but emails will stay in my mobile inbox even though I have deleted them all in outlook.com.  I deleted and recreated the account, refreshed constantly and made sure that the phone is set to synch.  Nothing does.

Your status update page shows all green check marks but obviously this does not apply to all the people still complaining about this issue.  What is Microsoft doing to address that?
Hi. I want to delete my account as soon as possible.

Every time I try to, I get this same message.

I have tried different computers and different browsers. Same answer.

Please, delete my account now.

On July 1, 2013, I lost ALL EMAIL & FOLDERS (14 years worth) after changing primary alias from hotmail to outlook

I've posted three times to this forum and I am told that the ticket has been escalated to tier2 support, but then the ticket is closed with no response.  I desperately need help.

I logged into this account several times a day using a PC web browser (not a mobile phone app).  I am unable to even receive email at my address anymore *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

The data loss occurred right after changing the primary alias from hotmail to outlook.com  around 8 AM PST July 1, 2013

I currently have no issues logging into hotmail/outlook, and have not reset the password

I did not click on any links before data was lost

I did not try to deactivate or downgrade the Hotmail account either

Last time i logged into the account was less than 1 minute ago
None of my lost folders, settings, email is in the deleted box

My Hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked. I have tried resetting it through my other email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but it is not working and the original password has been changed. Please let me know how to recover it at the earliest.

It was hacked through the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** with the name Microsoft account team and Subject ID:133 - Account Alert! (AUGUST 2013)

Hi,

I recieved a notice from outlook.com that I am able to use Skype in outlook. I tried this with my Windows 8 Laptop and it works fine. I wonder whether same feature will work with Surface RT? I am planning to buy Surface RT and want to make sure this feature is enabled in Surface RT as well.

I have an old xbox live account that i want to use again, but i don't know the email address associated with the account. The gamertag is the1clanman, can anyone tell me the email?

Currently things I input on Outlook.com sync to my iPhone, but I'd also like it to work the other way around. Is this possible, either with the built-in iPhone calendar or another calendar app?
