Cannot receive emails

I have not been getting any emails for the past four days, and Microsoft has so far been quite unresponsive. Should my account have been full on Thursday, Oct. 31, it certainly hasn't been since I deleted a huge amount of messages on Friday and Saturday. Any advice incl. what to do about Microsoft's lack of response?

I am sure that this has been asked before, but I can't find the answers to retrieve my emails that have been deleted.  Please can you help.

Calendar.live.com is down for me

I'm unable to access my calendar via the usual URL: https://bay04.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx?mkt=en-us

I'm also unable to synchronize using Outlook2010 + Hotmail Connector on Win7.  It chokes on the Calendar.  Here's the relevant section of the error log from the Sync Issues folder:

Skydrive Icon on Explorer shows Exclamation Point – Windows 8.1 – Similar Issue

Hi,


I just purchased a Surface 2 Pro and am loving it. However I'm also receiving the exclamation point on my SkyDrive folder in Explorer. When I right click on the SkyDrive folder and then click on problems it indicates that one file name is too long. I initially modified the filename down to about 12 characters and saved it and continue to receive the same message. I've deleted the file and receive the same message. I've shut down and restarted and still the same problem. What am I missing?

Filtering junk email

I have been getting a mass load of junk mail lately. I have been blocking them but they are coming in with different names but the same place. Is there a way I could add something in the filtering where I can add just @satisfiedant.com as an example. That way I can block them from the source where they are originating from.

I have an email account that I can not get into due to my son using it with his XBOX. I need to get into this account, I have had it for many years and use it for business. When I try to sign in to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I get a message that says this account does not exist. But when I tried to set up a new account using the same address it says that this account already exists. I did set up another account with hotmail, but I need my original back. New account that I set up is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please help this disgruntled mother who wants to throw the XBOX in the trash. I know that my son hasn't been able to get on line with his xbox so something is going wrong on someones end.

How can I enable an outlook administrator to see and monitor incoming emails to its users?

Hi, I just created an outlook custom domain name account and I created 3 users under it. Is there a way for the administrator to see and monitor incoming emails to the users the administrated created? The way I saw it, I could only create and delete the users, but not monitor their emails. Thank you.
