My Microsoft Account (outlook.com) stopped syncing on my Nokia Lumia 920 this past Monday. It works fine through my web browser (http://www.outlook.com). Does this have something to do with the "bay-m.hotmail.com" as my Server on my phone?

I've been referred to this site after speaking with your costumer service. My emails have disappeared (without me doing anything) after you've taken over the accounts and instead of hundreds of emails in my inbox, there are only about 10. I've tried recovering
them and looked at all the settings you've asked me to. I'd like to know if they are gone for good or if you can restore my account properly.
I am trying to close two of my hotmail accounts but am currently unable to and receive the following message: "Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes." This has been going on for 3 days
now and I get the same message. I have tried clearing my cache, but that did not work. Please let me know what I need to do to delete these accounts. Thanks!

I am having an issue receiving a password reset. When i clicked the reset link provided in the email it stated "It is temporarily unavailable" and

I've tried sending test messages to my other email account from outlook.com webmail and it appears in Sent folder but it never arrives to my other email address. I was not able to send a single email yet. What could be the problem?
Like the title states I was trying to setup my new windows 8 laptop & accidently deleted my Hotmail account which i've had for over 5 years. I know I am not the only person with this issue as I have spent day(s) (completely unnecessary) trying to figure out how to restore my account. I know there are hundreds if not thousands of people this has affected. I’ve tried calling every-single 1-800 number and every single call is outsourced to INDIA & 'they' are no help to say the least. All they want to do it sell me something and claim my computer has been hacked and essentially try to scam me, which is B.S. since they work for Windows (seems unethical). Nevertheless.... Every time I try to log in it says "this account does not exist" So I tried to resign up for the exact same account & it says this account is already in use/already exist. Seems like an oxymoron to me. ...PLEASE HELP! I am a college student and have all of my school stuff on my account.

YES....*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is 100% MY account, NO I didn’t spell it wrong…it’s my LAST NAME & my area code!
NO my account has no gone into inactive mode....I USE my account 20-50 TIMES A DAY!
I’ve had 5 people from INDIA walk me through the steps as if I have never seen a computer in my life.
I do not know how else to explain my issue but to conclude....I somehow deleted my account with ONE!; I repeat ONE! MOUSE CLICK!!!! WHY DOES IT EVEN DO THAT???!!!!

For example as a cliché "If my car was to break down, DONT ASK me if there’s GAS in the CAR!?
AKA my account had BEEN DELETED...Don’t ask me if the spelling is correct or tell me my computer has been hacked!!
