I'm having to "sign-in" many times a day even when I click "Keep me signed in" and only minimize the screen but do not close Outlook
My account was hacked about two days ago and the information was changed. There is a new name attached and secondary emails and phone numbers that aren't mine. The account was also changed to a parental permission account meaning even though I can change the password I cannot log in without parental permission, and since the hacker added their own email and phone number they will receive notice of change and change it back. I would like to either regain control of the account and remove all false emails, phone numbers and such or just completely delete it since it's attached to sensitive information. The only options seem to be through fax or snail mail, and i'm not sure that will work seeing as all the info has been changed. Any help on this matter is appreciated.
I am concerned my account has been compromised and I would like access to the IP logs for my account.
email Attachments, whether texts or pics are labeled infected with a virus and deleted. McAfee shows there is no virus on our computer.
why i didnt have my cod tell now , you said you have sent it to my email , but i didnt recieve it yet although its verry important
Using Windows 8.1 beta (mistake, but I'm stuck) and as of yesterday my emails are now downloading to the home computer.  I can access them online, but there are several I need saved to the computer (plus it's a pain in the butt to have to go through the browser just to read email).  I've deleted my cache, cookies and passwords three times.  I'm using the Norton 360 beta that works with 8.1 and haven't had a problem with email with the current iteration before yesterday.  HELP!
my e-mail on my phone will not update, it says it was last updated on 6/27/2013.What can I do to fix this problem?

Re: Mobile login:

My issue is I'm asked to sign in it and am asked for verification with the bot letter thing.  I get it correct, but it won't accept my info.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook with no success. This time I  uninstalled the remaining hotmail app on my phone to see if that was the prolem.  Didn't help any. This is a recurring issue that lasts anywhere from 2 hours to a week or so. I am in southeast michigan if that helps.
