Was hopeful about the solution but when following the prescribed steps, the "Rename ID" is not available to me. So what to do next?
Previously with hotmail, I was able to send an email to 100 people with no problem. Today, I sent an email to the same 100 people, and received a failure to deliver due to "over quota" on 10 of them.
I get this error message when in live mail:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (brianzhen) account.
Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001
please explain the solution.
Redownloading essentials does not help to receive emails.

Luckily I can open up the internet browser and search older emails but my phone used to sync all of my email beyond the 2 week old scope. I have restarted my phone, forced sync, and nothing happens. How do you fix this?
I just purchased a smart tv and can enter my username and password to access my mail but can click on anything and it will not open.nothing on the header like delete etc.anyone having this issue?
I'm getting all sorts of junk in my inbox even tho my filter is exclusive. Started about a week ago and no I don't want to sit here AFTER I get the junk and type individual addresses into blocked sender list.

Outlook.com server when down 2 weeks ago and I've lost most of my inbox emails. The iPad app for "mail" is what has been affected. I can log ontp Outlook on my PC and iPad and they're all there, but not using the MAIL icon on the iPad. How can I retrieve
