When will Skydrive allow syncing of group files on my desktop?

A friend "shared" one of his Skydrive folders with me. I can see his folder and his files (within that folder) when I go to skydrive.live.com. But I cannot see his folder and files in my skydrive folder on my desktop. Basically, I would like to see his folder/files, that he shared with me, in the same place where I keep my skydrive folders/files.

 

I understand this to be called "group files" (if I am incorrect, please let me know.)

 

When will Skydrive allow syncing of group files on my desktop?

 

FYI: I use Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.  I would like to see these files on my desktop for these 3 flavors of Windows.

Trouble subscribing to Hotmail calendar in Mac calendar

Hi, I have searched everywhere, tried all solutions but for some reason I can not subscribe to my Hotmail (Outlook) calendar on my Mac calendar. It used to work but stopped about 2 weeks ago. 

For background, I've refreshed the links, changed webcals to webcal / http, deleted the calendar from iCloud and set it up again, etc. Basically I've tried everything and I still get these errors;

When entering 'webcal' - There was an error subscribing to the calendar. The server is currently unreachable or its name (cid-b7f54d723e976b04.calendar.live.com) is incorrect.

When entering 'http' - There was an error subscribing to the calendar. The server is currently unreachable or its name (cid-b7f54d723e976b04.calendar.live.com) is incorrect.

I'm not sure what else to do, nothing works!!! Hope someone can help.

I don’t want to cancel my account but I don’t want to continue paying. how do I notify this to Microsoft

I have a MSN account with extra space and services. I currently pay $19.00 a year. I don't want to continue paying but I don't want to lost this address. How do I notify Microsoft? How do I contact them?

Emails to Craiglist postings not being sent

This is a different question than other people on here saying they cannot *receive* emails. 

My problem is that I have set up my business domain with Outlook.com. Everything has been working great.......except for when I send an email to a Craigslist posting.

I found out that people were not receiving my emails that I was sending to Craigslist posts. So as a test, I sent an email to one of my own Craigslist postings. One with my Outlook account and one with my Gmail account. Guess what happened? ONLY my email that was sent via Gmail made it through. I never even got the email from my Outlook account, not even into the Spam folder.

Can anyone help me track down why that would be the case? Thanks!

Live Mail Printing Issue – Clipping right margin and overprinting

Live Mail running on a Windows 7 machine.  Printing an e-mail clips the right margin approximately 1 inch and overprints several of the large font size lines.  Going to print preview shows the image and the errors that will be printed.  If size is brought to 80% or less the preview image cleans up and the image prints correctly.  Setting to 85% or larger shows the same clipping and overprint errors (and prints accordingly).  Ran Live update/repair with no change in results.

I have been using my account for several years.  In February, we added xbox live gold.  A couple of days ago my account disappeared.  It does not exist.  I can easily set up another account, but what happens with my xbox gold account?  And the music I have purchased?  I would really like to have my old account back.  it was under the e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  thanks for any help!

Skydrive (desktop on W8) suddenly “cant find location”. sync broken. what now?

I have read this occur many times. I rely almost completely on skydrive for my file solution (also with 365) so this is very very frustrating and happened literally for no apparent reason.

anyway, it appears that uninstalling and reinstalling is the only option left, questions on that..

1 - I have 38GB of data synced to skydrive from my surface pro (where the problem is) if i uninstall and reinstall will it need to "re-sync"/ upload download all of this?!? will it break some of the office 365 links?!

2 - I have read about "disconnecting computer from skydrive"before uninstalling on some threads but not others. I cannot do this through the icon settings as I have it connected through my microsoft account (greyed out) but i can from skydrive .com . I cannot work out if I should do this first or not? many different answers on here.

basically I just want to refresh skydrive in the quickest and easiest manor without it uploading all of my files again or losing any. its so frustrating as I am very very careful with my use of this device and it seemed to break for no reason

Why am I getting junk mail in my inbox all of a sudden? And yes my junk mail filter is set to exclusive already.
