My account has not been hacked. I simply wish to obtain my IP log history
they sent an email saying they could not complete the credit card transaction saying they had a bad acct. number. Said I needed to access my account billing info or my account payment info and provide a new number. am trying to do that but they won't
send the expletive code so that I can take care of this. does anyone at microsoft want my money?
For the past few weeks I have been asked for a security code to access my hotmail, I always bypass it.
I receved a text from number 35699189371 with a code. The thing is I have only had this mobile for a few months and I only give the number to friends and family.
Can Microsoft confirm that this is them or is it a phishing exercise
I emailed support and was directed to the forum where it was suggested that I change my password which I did, so far it has worked .

I was wondering if this is a bug.
I had a managed domain email n Live Domains and I have created some emails for that domain too.
Before I delete those email accounts, I deleted the managed domain account. Now no way to delete the those emails created for that domain by me (no access to that closed account anymore) and also their used cannot delete them as they are part of managed domain.

I'm having strange situation...
I have configured my ISP email account to forward all messages to outlook.com account and I noticed that I don't receive all messages in Inbox or Spam folder.
Right now I purchased something and paid via PayPal but didn't received any order confirmation or PayPal reciept.
A friend sent me some mails few days ago which I also didn't get but I didn't believed him until he showed me his sent folder, but now I'm sure there is something wrong here.
I don't have any active filters and my ISP mail account is configured to unconditional forward.
Even PayPal service address is whitelisted.
This setup worked just fine with GMail so far.
Any thoughts, ideas???

I have tried form request plenty of times and keep getting replies from microsoft responding by saying that not enough information provided to accept. I believe my account information has also been changed seeing as though I've provided information but
it keeps saying it is incorrect. I have lots of information like phone numbers addresses and account information for many sites. Help would be appreciated Please respond soon I would like to have my account back as I am awaiting receiving an import email soon.
My X Box account was stolen and a purchase costing £49.99 for "Black Ops ii" was made.
This was downloaded to a neighbours console who denies it.
Is there any way of tracing which console it was downloaded onto as it will have been wiped now?
Can I recover the cost without involving the police?
Says account no longer exists. Yes I was in it under a year ago. Any way to get it back? When I try to create an account with the same name, it says that name is already taken. So, I assume my account is there somewhere.
I am in charge of media and the website for my University UNICEF society. We are using domains.live.com as our email provider. The issue I am having is that I cannot verify multiple accounts using the same mobile number. I am the only on with knowledge
on how to setup these accounts.
Essentially, we have the following:
publicity@ ->REDIRECTS TO-> the_person_in_charge_of_publicity@
So that we have a relatively simple email address for outside people to email, instead of remembering names. But when I verify the second email (out of our list of 20) it says "unable to send code, please try later"
How can i verify all of these accounts easily?

I signed up for a windows live email address for my cell phone but it isn't solving the issues I was having. I want to delete the email address and cancel the account. How do I do it? I deleted the mobile version from my cell phone, but cant find
anywhere a link that says cancel account, delete email address or anything else similar.
