A sorry felt, dejected, disgusted user of hotmail.
Why does an email from a Microsoft certified "Trusted Sender" which has the Green Shield end up in my junk mail folder? I have read the other similar questions and the moderator's responses seem to be confusing "Trusted Sender" with "safe sender". I know how to get to the "safe sender" options under inbox/options/ preventing junk email/safe and blocked senders. If you are a moderator answering this question, please know what a microsoft "Trusted Sender" is before answering.
Thanks for your help
you get two ips 207.146.163.138 and 207.146.163.215
ip address 207.146.163.215 is blacklisted by Spam Cannibal for
no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1
how can we correct this issue as it is affecting my emails
The issue is that in the office we use a Shared "events calendar" . One person is editor for this calendar. The calendar uses color coding to indicate different events, departments within our company, birthdays, etc. The editor uses custom colors to identify each of these different events within the calendar. It is known that without an add in ( such as CodeTwo CatMan) it isn't possible for the colors that our editor uses, to show up on everyone else's calendar. To everyone else, since they do not have custom colors added like our editor does, the calendar shows up grey.
I started manually adding the exact same catagories as the editor has, and named them the exact same way she has them on her computer, but they still did not show up as planned, also a window popped up saying that the user did not have permissions to change the colors, yet the added color list was applied?
Help.
When I click on the TO list in Outlook.com, I have noticed that there are some email addresses that I do not have in my address book and never been in contact with. I do not suffer from spam or any other weird emails being sent out that are not mine, so I am enquiring where these addresses come from?
Also, how do I remove them, as I only want to see email addresses from those I have been in contact with.
I have attached a screen-shot of the list of email addresses I have not emailed or got in my contacts list, so you can see what I mean.
Regards,
Dave
