My password works to log me in to Sky Drive, Windows Live and Windows Office 365. I have several notebooks in Sky Drive. I if I click on “recent docs” I can see these notebooks but if I try to open them in either NoteBook desktop version or NoteBook Web App I get the following message:
“This item might not exist or is no longer available
This item might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information. “
The items do exist. They have never been deleted and I am the owner. I both created them and am the only person to access them. Things I can access identify the location simply as “sky drive”. Those I can’t access give [MY NAME’s] Sky Drive” as the location.
Yesterday while trying to access docs and notebooks I got a message asking me to sign in again to verify my identity. The log in recognizes my windows ID. But when I input my password, the same one that opened SkyDrive, Windows Live and Office 365, I get a message telling me the password is incorrect. Today when attempting to open a Word doc created yesterday, I get a message saying there are problems with the server and I should try again later.
This morning before my coffee I deleted all the e-mails in my inbox instead of clearing out my junk box. Is there any way to get them back!?!?!
I tried the restore in the deleted box, but didn't get them back. I had done a batch deleting of the inbox.
While trying to access emails it has said "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now" for the past few days.
There is a button beneath this message that says 'Try to return to outlook' which doesn't work.
I've successfully changed my password though and it made no different .
Please help me as possible, its crucial I have regular access to my emails in my line of work
