I want to save a mail in two folders simultaneously as it is done in gmail. Can it be done? If yes, How?

With this account I register my new computer. Please let me know the way to get it back.

Yesterday, our family has been a victim of fraud by those hackers. No doubt about it. They read all the emails of my mom and tried to fraud us with all the informations collected from the emails.
What can we do to close permanently the account?

Hi, Microsoft wants me to provide a phone number. Done. They say - a code was sent to your phone number, They did not send it. I repeated this several times. The result is the same. Finally, I changed my alternative email. They sent a code there. But
when back to my Hotmail account, I typed the code, they do not provide me with access to my email. Instead, they say it will take 30 day to update the change of the email. Ok about the change, but what about the access to my email. This is very unreliable.
Why they do that?
I was just notified by gmail to change my email address cause I have had a hotmail account forever and that is my backup email. But now Microsoft is literally not even letting me get to my email. I don't want an account for xbox. I don't own anything to
do with Windows products other than the operating system on my laptop and tower.

how to delete something stuck in out box of mail app
My hotmail account was fished and now i cant get into it. I have clicked the cant get access and set up a new hotmail account for a reset on my old account, the problem that im having is one of the security questions is favorite teacher and the answer
could be 1 of 4. I spoke to microsoft and they have said that i need to keep refilling out the form but it only lets me fill it out twice and then i have to wait 24 hours. I am pretty sure there are many other questions they could ask me like my ip address
etc that i could answer i have filled out the form 3 times but only had 2 emails to confirm receipt. Is there nay other way i can get my account recovered ive had it about 15 years and its becoming a pain. I can still access via my iphone but not my computer.

Hotmail has my correct phone number, but when the "Call us overprotective..." page comes up and I click "next" to get my security code, nothing is sent to my phone. This is the last time that I can log in! Help!!
