My emails from prior to ~2001 have disappeared and the recovery steps do not bring them back.

the Sign Up Error 450: You've reached the daily limit . . . .
We have a public IP address, so am guessing that since Microsoft sees all the requests coming from a single IP, it shuts down after a couple of accounts are created. Is there a way to increase our limit, or white list our IP so students can get their software? This is becoming quite an issue for us with many irate students and now their parents.

yesterday i received an email from microsoft team sending me a security code i didn't request! today i received other two mails with different codes and another one with a phone number, telling me that this number was added to my security info.
email sender is microsoft team and next the address there is the green shield!
i changed my password twice but i still receive those emails!!
the account they asked me to confirm isn't the same i own... in fact my mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but in those email there is written
xxxE_xx-@hotmail.it.

Hi I just got a windows phone and created an account. Problem is when inserting DOB I put in the date I received the phone (yesterday). So now I can't access anything without parental consent and don't even know how I can do this.
I created another account, but the phone always access the original account. So no apps for me

SkyDrive says two of my files are too big to upload. That's fine, no big deal, but I keep getting the red-x saying I need to reduce the file size for the upload. How do I turn it off from continuing to try to upload those files, and giving me the error
message?

My sky drive keeps crashing randomly, there is no error shown it just stops working.
I've tried completely uninstalling a nd reinstalling the new version, done this a number of times but with no luck.
Is Outlook mail down? It takes quite a while for the email to open but no action when clicking on any one mail; keeps displayin "waiting for javascript" at the left on the taskbar. I also could not log out without closing the page.
I have been trying for 2 days now to get my son's account setup through family safety. When my son logs in, it say "Account no ready" and tells him he needs to go to family safety settings and get parents permission. It asks me to sign in which I do and
then asks if I want to let my child use the Microsoft Account. I say yes and it wants to change my credit card. I give the info and it says "There's a temporary problem, try later". How do I get around this. I can't even access his profile to change his age.
