deactivated old email. but the other email was wiped clean as well! Can I restore my lost email??!!

I deactivated a different hotmail account, then signed into a totally different hotmail account. Everything from the account i want to keep was deleted!!??

I had photos I cant get back. Contacts for employers I am trying to get a job with..everything is gone. How and why is a good question!  Can I retrieve my folders and emails????? I have tried clicking the button in the deleted folder to retrieve deleted emails and nothing. Its been not over an hour since it happened. HELP!! Please don't give the auto response of "if its not active for 270 days the email account is wiped." I was using my email this morning and use it almost daily.

I have an account that needs to be recovered but I can't get the code to access this because the texting is blocked on my phone. I then tried getting an alternate email to see if I could send the code there but it would only let me choose my old account that I could not access. Is there any possible way to get the code so I can access my old account and close the account because I have a new account?

Not receiving all emails

I am not receiving all of my emails in outlook.com  I have checked all the settings including junk mail, safe and blocked senders, email forwarding, rules etc.  The same sender can send me a message that I receive and then another that I don't receive.  Please help.

I have been trying to access my email for the last few weeks .  It keeps telling me there is a problem with outlook right now.  Let us know.  I do let you know but what good does that do?  You don't do anything about it!
   I still cannot access my email.
Please don't send me a message to my email account.  You need to contact me otherwise.  I cannot read a message in my email account

Outlook.com errors

Outlook account not properly receiving or sending.  All settings checked for accuracy and nothing has changed. Called Microsoft support and was told it was an ISP problem. Called ISP technical support (AT&T) and told everything working properly and it was an Microsoft Outlook problem. Incoming e-mail senders receive notification "account not in service".  Outgoing e-mails are not sending although message states outgoing mail is being sent.  Pop-up window to verify account name and password is frequent but not accepted.  Passwords have not changed but are not accepted.

E-mails coming through web based account (att.yahoo.com) are not appearing in Outlook although Outlook is designated as "default". 

Any help with this two week old problem will be graciously appreciated.

 

 

I keep losing the mesages I want to save

I do not know what is happening the the messages I´ve seen them being moved  to POP automatically, and outlook is deleting messages I want to safe, How can I protect these messages
