When I try to accept the terms and uses of xbox live i just get stuck in an endless loop between login and accepting the terms and uses never actually putting any changes in effect. I don't seem to be able to look into my account details because that requires me to accept the terms which just brings us back to the beggining. My windows id is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** don't know if this is of any use. I don't seem to be getting any information about requiring parental control either, so I really have absolutely no idea of what to do. Please help.
Hello... i save my hotmail account with password on a website.. and i change the email account due for security.. now i must change my new password to the old.. i can do this? i need it so much..

I want to control what material is sent to the cloud by restricting skydrive access to a particular folder on my computer (eg: c:\mySkyDrive)

It currently avails itself of access to all my pc documents, and I'm not comfortable having proprietary information being exported in this manner.

Original Title: sign in

I see there are several "sign in" problems. I cannot ee mine there.
I have had no trouble till  recently when I had to change password and reinstall SkyDrive App.
What happens now is that when I type my sign in details, I immediately get amessage saying "There is a problem signing in".
I can still access the web based folders (same email and password) but not the app. Therefore will not sync.
Problem is therefore not on the computer but in syncing between computer and web.
HELP

(Same problem exists on my other brand new computer).

Both Windows 8, both i5 processors. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Skydrive many times.

hi ive been looking around and it tells me to do something with resetting my password but after that what do i do
I had to get a new Surface RT. And now that I am trying to get it set up again, how do I get all of my documents, informations, start screen, etc back to how I had it before?
My family uses an application called Cozi (http://www.cozi.com) as a one stop shop for tracking everyone's schedule, grocery/shopping lists, household to-dos, etc.

I have recently made the big switch away from Google and have been SO happy with my decision..... until I started running into annoying issues syncing with anything outside of the Microsoft family. Such as my beloved Cozi. Grrr.

I am trying with zero success to import my new Outlook calendar into Cozi. I need the .ics link, which I found by going to the Share settings for my calendar, then selecting "Get a link", "Show event details", then "Import into other calendar applications (ICS)". I copied the provided link into my application to import the calendar, but Cozi is not recognizing it because the calendar URL begins with webcals:// instead of the standard http:// or https:// that EVERY OTHER WEB CALENDAR out there uses.

This isn't the first time I have been unable to import and view my Outlook.com calendar in another application because of your URL formats.

Is there any way around this??? Is there a way to get a standard https://-------------.ics URL for sharing my Outlook calendar???

Thank you,
Jen

Hello everyone, hoping you could help

I want to transfer my emails from one account to another. Both accounts are verified, however when I try and set up the forwarding, it tells me to re-verify. Any ideas?

Thanks
