I can not find a (Send/Receive) or any tool that will let me prompt for new messages. What do I do?

I have merged my work account with my hotmail account. I only want a personal signature applied to email I send from my work account. Is there a way to do this in Outlook?
Trying to access email. Can't get past the following prompt:

Nothing happens.

Im trying to sing in to my Account and it is telling me "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" which is completely weird since I DO use it.
It is kinda urgent since I need to get some emails from it.

I've got a HTC Desire HD and I want to get HTML email but the option to choose it isn't highlighted ?
As you can see some of the others are fully white whereas some others aren't. The one that's highlighted in red is my problem. I was wondering if it's to do with my settings or if I've done something wrong?
If anyone has any answer or if they need more info then don't hesitate to ask me.

I am concerned that my account has been compromised and I wish to obtain IP log history as far as possible.
Seems as others have mentioned there are problems with Outlook.com connecting to some servers on ports 110, 995 using SSL/TLS. I cannot access my POP server on 110 or 995 using TLS/SSL but have no problems connecting using standard POP on 110. Other applications including Outlook (application) can access 110 using TLS and 995 using SSL no problems, seems only related to Outlook.com.
Ideas? Or just a known issue right now?
hi there i cant access my hotmail account as i have forgot the password and havent been on it for a while and it is linked to my xbox live account and have just got a new xbox and is requeting the password and as i dont know the password i have filled
in the recovery form a while ago but got told i havent filled in enough information even though filled in what i know i cant access it and its my old phone number and old alternat email address and dont want to have to start again with my new xbox as is to
much hassle to ring and phone up and cancel my gold subscribtion with microsoft and have filled in the recovery form again today is there any thing more i can do
I'm trying out Windows Live Mail (with my regular gmail address) because I don't especially like Thunderbird. But I'm experiencing three problems so far: (1)When I send an email, it automatically gets placed not in the Sent mail folder, which I want, but
in the Trash folder, which I don't want, so (2) I don't know if the email was actually sent, and (3) when I send a test email from Live Mail to my academic address, which is set up to forward all emails to my gmail address, the test email never gets forwarded
into the Live Mail inbox. Help. If I can't get such elementary problems corrected, I will need to return to Thunderbird, which at least is reliable.
