Someone has the same email address as me.

I have recieved email notifications to my email address to say I have signed up to a dating agency which I did not do, I checked the profile details of the account set up and it was of a different person with the same name but different age, address and descritpion but with my email address. I then recieved a complaint acknowledgment to my email address for a complaint made using my name and email address which I did not make. I have now recieved insurance searches applied for on my credit file, I have contacted the insurance companies that have searched my file and they have said that searches were completed on confused.com. Confused.com uses my email address as a username and therefore it seems likely that whoever has the same email address as me has used confused.com and it has registered to my personal details when they have performed the search. Can you please check that there are not two accounts set up under the same email as it is now affecting my credit and the common link between all these happening is my email address.

I configure E-mail forwarder in Cpanel (*** Email address is removed for privacy *** forward to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) 
when other account send to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it is normal receive, but *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  received twice (duplicate the same email) doesn't like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Note: 
- my mail client is ms outlook 2007
- For direct send E-mail to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** it is normal receive. this happen only for forwarding email.

Please help me solve it. thank....

Can’t buy more storage on SkyDrive

I've been trying for three weeks now to purchase more space on SkyDrive and it's ridiculous how i cannot do that.
I select the program I want and in the purchase page it's asking me to enter my credit card information and the pre-selected country is always Greece.  I cannot select my country which is Cyprus.
I talked to Billing with no success, since they said it was a technical issue and i talked to the technical team and they said it wasn't an issue for them.
So they'be been sending me back and forth for three weeks now and nothing.
Worst support ever.
So my question is how can I purchase more space when it doesn't let me change the country to Cyprus so i can enter my credit card information?

Cannot delete calendar event

Hi,

I have a calendar event (it was recurrent and I was invited, I think from gmail) that I cannot delete.

Error: "There's a problem retrieving your event or task right now. Please try again later."

I have tried from different browsers, clearing cache and deleting from Windows Live Mail 2012. Nothing worked.

Help.

Unable to get any outlook.com support

Hello,

 

On Friday I posted here about having blocked my daughter's outlook.com account after changing her country of domicile from UK to US by mistake. On Saturday morning an admin from here told me to post my problem on the following link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/id-support

 

I did that and no one has come back to me (it has been over 48 hours). I managed to talk to a Microsoft employee on the phone who told me that no phone support was provided for free accounts (thanks!). Instead he directed me to yet another supoprt web site: account.live.com/acsr

This page asked me to fill out a form detailling what account had a problem and going through some security questions. I was very hopeful as I filled out this form. Unfortunatelly, when I hit the submit button I got yet another error message saying that Microsoft is unable to display the page.

 

So to summarize, my daughter's outlook.com account has now been blocked for 3 days and Microsoft can't help me on the phone and the 3 support web sites I've been directed to so far have either been unhelpful (this one), dead (the one I was pointed to here) or broken (the one I was pointed to on the phone).

 

Is there anyone who can help me please?

I understand I am not a paying customer but my request will only take a helpful person 5 minute to fix.

Change her country back to UK and that's it!!! :(

Hey,
 i have problem with contacts on my windows live account. From time to time apear a random contacts like "John/1" in my list. When i was deleting there manualy apear new another. I'm just using this account in my HTC 8S.

Please help me

I made a mistake and did not not use the code within 7 days and now i cannot access any of my accounts.

 I have tried creating new accounts and changing my primary but still with no success. I am getting totally fustrated and annoyed with this and i would have just went to another provider but i have some important information that i need to access to. Can anyone help please

I can sign into my Hotmail account, but every time I do, my screen goes blank.

Every time I sign into my Hotmail account my screen goes blank. I have emptied caches, history, everything but nothing.

Please resolve issue, I have very unhelpful feedback so far. If I don't receive any positive feedback then I will be moving to a new email host. 

Part of email message missing using continue to write from draft folder?

Just yesterday, I've continue writing on an email I've saved in draft earlier.
After finishing up the email contents and I sent the email to the recipient.

What happens was, I checked my sent box and open up the email message I've sent out, to my horror, the contents was only what was there when I've saved to draft earlier and not including the rest which I've added on it.

Please advise what had went wrong?
Felt so depressed with the lost portion of the email message which I've spend hours working on it.
