Can’t access Inbox and keep getting “Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now.”

I keep getting the message "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now." I read and tried all the troubleshooting advice (used different computers, even mobile phone; cleared cookies and cache, etc etc) but nothing works. I am logged in (because I can access my settings) but I cannot reach my Inbox. I urgently need to check mail. Please advise.

Can some one stay logged into my account from another PC even when I change my password and sign out?

How can I get some one out of my account if they stay logged in? I have changed my password and logged on and out but I think
they are still looking at and editing my emails?

I have renamed the account first  from  hotmail.com to  outlook. com..  then removed some other alias I am not using.
Then after signing  in again,  a message says it cannot   connect to outlook try a little later. I then change the password and 
 and added another alias and remove the old one.. making the last one the primary alias. The new alias is a live.com
after signing in again.... the message is "we are updating the inbox" try few minutes later.
I log out and sign in again multiple times and the  get the same message. .
I have tried with other browser and get the same message.   I have seen this happen to other people in the forum, but do
not see a reply with the solution.
How do I fix this.

Help. for the past three weeks i have received no emails. i have tried sending ones to myself and nothing arrives. i have changed my password to see if that helps and still nothing. can anyone advise me as to what to do as i'm waiting for important emails.

accessing files on new computer

I have just purchased a new Windows 8 laptop.  If I go to SkyDrive via the net I can see all of my files, but when I try to open those files in the appropriate application they are not visible.

I already access these same files on two other computers with no problems at all.  It appears to be synchronising, but is taking hours to do so, and I don't understand why it would need to do that anyway if the files are held in the cloud.

I need this to be working tomorrow!!!!

verry sorry but here i- am again  to ask abt my account of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** becouse i stil cant log in i know it have a new name but i have try it and stil i cant log in so am still waiting to be able to log inand get back every thing that is on that accountbecouse i still want some of the document that i have been save keeping in draft i need tham

Hello

This is the second time I've tried to get my account back, although I have had to do this countless times before Hotmail changed to outlook. I have given you everything I remember about my old account and can not give you anything else because I don't remember it or don't have another source to give. For example, I never made an extra folder, and didn't sent many emails. The only time I ever sent an email was when I was emailing myself schoolwork from school to work on at home. I never bought power points on a card for Xbox live, I've only every bought them online. I don't know how giving you the proper credit card information that I've used on said Xbox live account wasn't enough to convince you to open my email back up. How am I supposed to retrieve my email if you won't except THE ONLY POSSIBLE INFORMATION I CAN GIVE YOU! I'm am getting really sick of having to unblock my email!

Now I can't even log into my xbox live account! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

Can’t Sign In to Skydrive Using Windows 8 App

I've been using the desktop client for some time with no issues.  Today I can't sign in, I'm getting an error message telling me to check my Internet connection, which is fine.  I've uninstalled the app and downloaded and installed the latest version, but it made no difference.  Can you help, please?

I ca connect with no problem using the web and my tablet.

It would be a very severe sercurity problem of MSN and outlook.

It seems that my MSN and outlook is being hacked.

The whole story was like this:

 

My friend's msn account (the id is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was hacked recently after she simply replied a "Hi" to the message from her friend who was hacked before too. After that she could not login to her hotmail or MSN messenger anymore. It always prompt incorrect password.

 

Today, I received a message from her account (it should be sent from the hacker), and then I also simply replied some text message only. After that my hotmail always returns a message "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now. If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft." after I logged in to my account.

 

However, something different from my friend's case is, I can still login to my account, For security reason, I have changed my password in another computer. But I am still seeing the same error message when I want to check my email in my Outlook.

 

As I have so many personal information stored in my hotmail email box (like the login password for eBanking).

I am so worried that if the hacker could see my information there.

I go on my e-mail account, open an e-mail and then the whole thing freezes .

I get the dots running across the top of the screen but it fails to load.

What's wrong with it?
